If he had the authority to bench Baker last year and to fire Woods & Priefer this year then that is just bad on his part when it comes to making tough decisions.

Without Ethan Pocic at Center, the Browns are going to have difficulty running the football. Ethan Pocic has been officially placed on injured reserve, so he will probably be done for the season with only 7 games remaining.
Winning now doesn’t matter, All we want from you is accountability. Fire Joe Woods and Mike Priefer, stop giving playing time to the 2 worst graded d tackles in football, and show what this offense is capable of with a top 5 QB under center.

If we chart the “team emotional highs and lows” it appears there is a problem with their team diet and ability for their bodies to convert glucose into energy towards the second half of their games. Might be related to coaching but more likely “the fired up” of play is related to a poor team body metabolism problem which causes a second half crash in glucose levels affecting “the energy” of the players’ hormonal releases. Read the book, Glucose Revolution for some hints at curing this situation.
The coaching staff of the Browns fails to adjust when something doesn’t work! They have a game plan, the opponent makes adjustments at half-time, but the Browns is full steam ahead even after the opposing team figures out what they’re doing and nullifies it.
