Good luck next year

Liberty Outdoor Adventures

Mary Kay is either asking about or implying drama in every single question.

    Grant Stoutenburg

She always seems to fan the flames whenever she smells drama, but for the most part, Stefanski manages to shut her down.

John Gerrard

Show some passion Kevin, how can you expect players to perform when their leader is a lifeless robot

    Sam Telepak

Eh I understand your point, but have to disagree. I think Kevin is tryn to giving the “perfect” or “best” response for the media. I highly doubt this is Kevin with his coaches, or especially his players man. He doesn’t need the media’s or honestly even our acceptance, but his teams, and he cannot be controversial, cause that’s not what the browns need or will ever need imo. They jus went 11-5 the season before, and should’ve done similarly this year. Baker, jarvis, multiple great linemen, our line backers, DB’s, our incredible running backs, all got hurt with the longest bye they’ve ever had in a season. That Odell and baker bs.. idk Though he isn’t perfect and definitely makes mistakes, I think he will continue to grow and lead this team to where it should be. I jus can’t go back to Jackson or kitchens or whoever else rolls by Cleveland over and over.

    John Gerrard

Kevin shows no in game emotion Belichick definitely does

    Kristopher Gutierrez

Go watch Marshawn Lynch’s interviews. His are hilarious.

    Ed

Really don’t get these “lifeless robot” accusations from people, he first and foremost wants to portray professionalism and that comes with a certain neutrality or calmness regarding the media. And the fact he does that imo is the sign of a good young headcoach, because when you’re in your first years of that job I’d think it’s natural to want to be like that and maybe overdoing it a bit. I wouldn’t make the mistake in judging his love for the game or his passion or any of that because of what we get to see from the outside. I think that’s a reeealy dumbed-down view of looking at things in this matter. And yes, I’m aware we’re not talking about a business/office profession (which also is a bit stereotypical on my part) and that you definately have the room to be able to get “fired up” in the context of being a head coach, but still, imo it rather shows his good intention and potential and not him being actually “lifeless” inside. You actually think this man is not as hyped on game day as we or the players are? I don’t

    John Gerrard

I’ve seen this team get completely hosed by officials and him be cool as a cucumber like it’s ok
personally I prefer my coach be as angry as the players and show some spine

Mary Burns

Coach needs to work harder on building this team together…as I see it, with all the drama, this team needs to come together now more than ever. If they want the drama to stop, everyone needs to be on the same page. This team, to me, is not on the same page at all and it all starts at the top. These short kurt answers are not working for me. I don’t feel confident that things are working in the right direction.

    JOHN FINLEY

Great Point. With that said I think that the Local Media that continue to create so much Drama through so called sources which 99% of it is crap and is THEIR personal opinions not some source they make up should be removed from ever stepping foot inside the building at First Energy Stadium. The players do not listen to it but some of the fans do. False reported should be addressed and hold the person accountable and let them move on somewhere else.

    Mark Snyder

Agree what the heck Kevin …these guys are pros …..but every defense knows what you’re doing. Too damn predictable. These guys should be able to run many formations including two back sets. Get with it on your planning / but also be prepared to change things up when something’s working you stick with it til they stop it.

Wyznrd

How did you not run nick chubb more against the steelers. If he had a rib injury he wouldve been inactive. but thats not the case. he was active and you didnt run him. RUN NICK CHUBB!!

Tim Omalley

WHEN THERE IS NO TROPHY THERE IS WAY WAY MORE LESS MOTIVATION IM PRAYING FOR NO INJURIES TO OUR FOOTBALL TEAM.. HAD ENOUGH OF THAT!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS OUR BROWNIES SEE YA NEXT SPRING . THIS SEASON WAS FUN…….. BUT NOT REAL FUN!!!!!!!!! BBBOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!

..

Max

These guys aren’t in these positions because they don’t have outrageous egos. Coaches and Gms want to bring in “their guys” mayfield isn’t any of these peoples guy. They didn’t draft him. Unfortunately this is the reality and they want the credit for identifying drafting and winning with who they picked

Northern Ohio Outfitters

I’m afraid next season will be more of the same. Then we will go back into” rebuilding” etc…The Life of a Browns fan haha.Go Browns!

    Edward Gaines

Bye bye Super Bowl window. 👋

DoorDash Hussleman

Bengals playing backups 😆

Domenica C. Giampaolo

We need a better more consistent qb and more explosive receivers!

J Farnsworth

No one is excited…..just get it over with. We are more interested in the offseason.

Grant Stoutenburg

The Haslams are notoriously impatient with coaches, but we should keep Stefanski. Yes, he’s had a rough second year, but I think he’s still a decent coach. Give him room to grow. Just a combination of questionable play calling, injuries, and bad decisions from the QB.

    Sbrabson04

He’s a good coach. Would love to see him with a good QB.

JOHN FINLEY

Baker was hurt the 2nd game of the season from attempting to tackle a player that picked off a ball he through. From that point his shoulder became an issue the rest of the season. He fought hard along with his team mates supporting him all the way. Despite the crap we read from some of the local media and even some Big Time Media folks the Cleveland Browns are a very tight group of men. They will bounce back and if healthy next season will battle for the AFC North Division and have a very strong chance of being crowned the AFC North Champs. Through free agency and this years draft along with players getting another year under there belts and getting healthy First Energy Stadium will be a place NO team will want to come Face the Cleveland Browns for a showdown. The Defense will be much better along with the Offense and Special Teams. If the Browns were healthy all year I would be disappointed for sure but I know we had Covid issues along with Several starters out every game that were banged up all season. Bank on This the Cleveland Browns are for Real and will come back next season focused and ready to go. The Bulldozer just needs a few tweaks here and there and some bodywork repaired and come next year Some serious Dirt will be plowed up making room for a Paved Road all the way to the Super Bowl.

    Joseph Fusko

I agree maybe a little receiver work we just need to get healthy good job brownies

Patrick Son

If this coach doesn’t open up designs in off season he will be back with Minnesota coaching special teams in no time

kevin wiseman

Excited to see the new Browns led by a new QB

jlonely239

Of course a loss will help us, but you”ll win which will screw us again!!!! It is already a losing season, play players to evaluate not starters at this point!

Chris Volkert

No way why get rid of Mayfield? I don’t understand he wants to give Cleveland a super bowl and you want him gone? Are you a browns fan!! Go browns and baker super bowl!!!

Brian Thompson

I’ve been disappointed in Stefanski’s game day coaching (like most) but trust me when I tell you, how the coach sounds in press conferences is not relevant to how the team performs. Same goes for sideline demeanor. Some emotion on the sideline is okay but, Stefanski has to be himself. Walsh, Gibbs, and Dungy, are all Hall of Fame coaches and nobody would confuse any of them with Bill Cowher, Mike Ditka, or any other fiery guy you want to name. With that said, one area that coaches solidify the buy in and trust of the players is being willing to “work the officials.” It would go a long way if Stefanski would be more assertive in standing up for his players on obvious bad calls or no calls. Other than that, it is what it is. Seriously, who cares what they say in a press conference. It’s all coach speak anyway. They didn’t go 11-5 last year because he was good in pressers and they won’t go 7-10 this year because he sounds the same in the pressers.

All American Veteran AAV

AMAZING, WE use our DESIGNED run offence and completed a few passes AND PRESTO VICTORY is ours. How many 2 point games did we lose ????.

R.D.R.

How can he possibly “Excited to get in front of our fans one last time this season” with a straight face???? That makes me sick!!
If he would have done his job we would be playing this weekend!! Shame on him. And Andrew for not giving him any direction. I think its time for the owner to step in. They are wasting a lot of his money.
