You let Analytics win… weird draft night

Marione Manzanilla

A lot of teams reaching, Browns want some of that reaching action too lol

    alwaysreturnNurgirl

    Bahaha

DaV 27

Go Browns! I trust this front office if a team has to depend on a bunch of 1st year players to play and produce right away than your team probably is in bad shape

    ABM

@DaV 27 Didn’t you know” philsavage is directly charge of front office operations. Stop arguing with the person who’s football insight and acumen far out strips what we can achieve as mere sheep.

    cold and Ugly

@Omnibad What do you base your opinion on?

    ABM

@DaV 27 phil says we are just sheep. phi says we treat the front office like gods. phi is clearly superior to us so let him show us why.

    DaV 27

    @ABM Obviously right lol

Saint830

Y’all better hope Perrion Winfrey is still there next pick…should have been gone already

    Mathew Cain

That’s who I wanted from the start

    ABM

And if he isn’t our season over!

    Jeffrey Piotrowski

    Quincy?

    Lshawn

@ABM you happy now weirdo? I guess the season isn’t over now 🤣

Don Keydick

Great job passing on Pickens, and Ojabo. Wtf! Now we get to watch both those guys become studs on other teams in our division. What do we need more late picks for at this point?

    Kenny Market

Pickens is a diva and does not fit in our locker room.

    agent 1.618

@Kenny Market Browns fans logic: locker rm fit > on field production. then we have the nerve to be pissed on Sundays.

    Kenny Market

@agent 1.618 trying coping better. Pickens doesn’t have anyone good throwing to him. These people were passed up for a reason. Steelers just like difficult receivers. By this time next year he will want out like Brown and Juju.

    Kenny Market

@agent 1.618 I’ll trust Barry over idiots on YouTube every single day.

Shawn Schopp

As a Brown’s fan I’m happy not needing to sweat out our draft. We have pro bowlers in many key spots, and most of them are from our drafts. So why wouldn’t I trust this front office with 3rd round picks?

    Kenny Market

@Omnibad when you have nothing to say…

Sleepy Melo

We should trade for all the 6-7 round picks too

Dustin Murphy

Browns beat writer. Easiest job in the world. Zero expectations.

W E

Every time you start an answer with “Sometimes, Mary Kay” you know it’s a bullshit question

Mitch Geiger

So much complaining in these comments because we didn’t make a flashy pick.

    ABM

can’t please everyone to wit. DeShaun Watson nuff said.

    Kenny Market

That’s because they have NO IDEA what they’re trying talking about.

    Motley Brown

We have to TRUST AB and his Scouting Team.
In my opinion and experience, I think the Browns will try Martin Emerson at Safety, as well; giving the Browns added versatility with their DBs. Martin was a GREAT PICK!!!

Mitch Geiger

Browns fans beloved Brian Hartline tweeted he would trade up for David Bell. Have some faith in the kid

Dave V

Same answers we heard in 2016/2017. the real answer is they lower valued prospects Steelers/Ravens/ Bengals go for quality and Berry goes for quantity.

Sbrabson04

David Bell gonna be special! I trust the process!

    Marione Manzanilla

He’s the only one I researched and I love him

    Russel Wagner

Why is he gonna be special hes short and slow not good for the SEC let alone NFL

    Adam Westfall

@Russel Wagner short like Landry? He’s basically a spitting image.

    Russel Wagner

@Adam Westfall your comparison of this piece of s#it to landry ok

The1Manager

HAVE YOU SEEN DAVID BELL TAKE OVER A GAME! #1 RECEIVER IN BIG 10!

Brian Thompson

You folks do realize, that starters get hurt. Backups, get hurt. You have to draft depth. Let’s wait and see how guys look on the field.

    ABM

It’s carzy. ppl done played the whole season out before OTAs have even started.

Brian Thompson

Food for thought, Antonio Brown was a 6th round pick. Why? He was small, played in the MAC, didn’t have production against big time competition, and didn’t have the measurables. I think we would all agree that he could play in the NFL at a high level. He just needed to be developed. Let’s see if we can develop some players.

    Card Sharks

Oh for sure, if Antonio Brown wasnt involved in all those antics he could have been a HOF player

Motley Brown

We have to TRUST AB and his Scouting Team.

Jason Pompeii

I’m looking forward to hearing more professional football executives say “mens” in interviews.

Card Sharks

Love David Bell, great pick, surprised he fell so far, dude was the number 1 WR in the Big 10 over Olave and Wilson, hes gonna be special

    Brandon Man

No he wasn’t, Olave and Wilson split receptions and still put up numbers. There’s a reason they both went top 10. Bell is a great pick up with a lot of experience and production but he was far from the number 1 receiver in the big ten.

    W E

@Brandon Man Bell also had to play with sub par QB play. Olave and Wilson had Fields 1st round QB and then Stroud future top 2 pick of next years draft

    Card Sharks

@Brandon Man he was voted the number 1, yes they split catches but the reason Bell fell so hard is because of a rough combine and the college he went to
