That 61 yard game winning FG was BONKERS, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE GREG THE LEG

    Gina Felton

Agree when you saw on Tv how far away; I thought no way! Impressive kick!

    AtheismRules ☠️

    @Gina Feltonyeah same bro

Shane White

I love this man. Coach of the year! Kwesi needs to redeem that Hamilton loss… but I still believe in him

    Collin Wirth

He also brought in Z, Harrison Phillips, Hicks & resigned P2

    Rory Hawk

@Collin Wirth Very True, it will interestin to see if Thelen, Cook, Hitman and Kendricks will back next year, not to mention P2.

    The Great One

@Collin Wirth he also traded for hockenson

    Jacob Smith

@Rory Hawk Ifeadi Odenigbo? Helluva butchering of that name, especially as one of our own players at one point. He was also released last week almost immediately after the game.

    Rob E

@Rory Hawk I think that’s a very narrow perspective. I think if you look around the league you will see that although Ingram is have rookie struggles, he is still one of the top IOL rookies from the draft. How can you even make a call on Cine. Stingley has missed half the season – is he a bust too?
The players he released like Watts and ISM are all playing worse than the players he brought in, and Hockenson and Tonga are playing awesome. Perhaps consider that Kwesi and KO have 12 wins with this rookie class and roster – that’s a bit better than what the previous HC and GM achieved.

will labata

Does anyone realize he has the most wins for a Vikings coach in their first season after today?!?!

    JV 1990

@klonaroMcvay is his son! I’d go as far as to say he was the brains behind that Rams SB run 🤷🏽‍♂️

    Emrow

@JV 1990 it sure looks like it rn.

    Kris Cook

    Yes I do! He’s phenomenal!

    Austin Penrod

He designed all the plays and did pretty much everything besides call plays for the Rams he was the brains for the Rams SB team

    Jonathan Nobre

I realize he’s Coaching players & coaches. Nobody traded or fired. His allegiance top to bottom win or lose is unseen & unheard of.✊🏾💥🍾💜🏆

Shelby Minnick

Stay humble… keep the gridiron 💜💛SKOL💛💜🎄

Red T

What Vikings fan legit thought Joseph was gonna make that *61 yard kick* ?? I’ve never been more glad to be wrong lol

    Jerry M

    SKOOLLL

    lisa smith

I thought it was 50/50. Guys are making 60+ yard field goals now a few times a month.

    Adam Peters

Tbh I’m over that kind of anxiety with this team unless we’re playing cream of the crop, and even then we’ve proven to be clutch when we’re still in it. This game was kind of annoying I guess? But there wasn’t a second where I was actually concerned about getting the W, KO just has this team ready to finish games and we love to see it 😈

    Money Makin’ Shawn

In honesty i did lol. I was yelling at my TV “I Got All Confidence in You Greg The Leg Let’s Go”

    Greg Gordon

I said in my group chat of packers fans he has no chance being wrong never felt so good 😂😂

King Rigdig

Proudly a Vikings fan all 51 years of my life, this is a special year

    Stuart Gerwin

It’s been one nail biter after another, the most exciting year in my life.

    Rob Heater

    Me too.

    Cesar Mounts

I’m at 26 years and this team is so fun to watch and very much show comradery. Not the most talented but the most together team I’ve seen since the 90s

    bryce Runyan

39 here, a year I will never forget regardless of the outcome.

    CVDV59

    Me to since 1970

Abreezy 2357

I feel like this was one of the good defensive performances. Obviously yea we still need a lot of work and I’m not at all saying this defense is too 10, but when we needed stops, we got them from Josh’s blocked punt, pat p int, Brian asamoah forced fumble recovery, hunter’s sacks, Kendrick’s and hicks pass breakups. I think defensively it was a slight improvement over the last few weeks what u guys think?

    AP_ACE

We had good moments today but also gave up a td and 2pt in 59 seconds

    Abreezy 2357

@AP_ACE yea that drive wasn’t good idk what happened there but I mean this time we didn’t give up a big lead just 3 pts was our biggest lead we gave up

    Camarokidd2022

@Abreezy 2357 yep I agree with the defense being pretty good.

    Cryote Music

D kept us in the game when the OL wasn’t giving KC time and the pass rush was all over us. Skol.

    Abreezy 2357

    @Cryote Music agreed SKOL💜💛

Page Potts

Over all great team win, nonetheless we need to execute a lot early in the game it’s make the big plays in the first and second quarters.Let’s let our defense be the dog we know they can be from past years and current. We can do it let’s get it done.Patrick Peterson all along I knew he was baiting the Giants but they don’t know and whenever the hitman is on the field I know we have a chance,I can’t be more clear “Great pass two games by the Viking OL” absolutely superb!

    Camarokidd2022

The O line did a good job overall but if they would have been superb that wouldn’t have had to win the game in the last second’s. They need to improve a lot to help beat the really good teams.

WHATEVER

BTW. Duke Shelley deserves a game ball & a roster spot on next year’s team. He is a tough competitor!

    Craig dragseth

He tackles well in the open field.

    Greg Gordon

@Craig dragseth they are big hits to get lays a nice hit for a 5’9 guy

Bronco Blast

Seems like the offense just needed to convert on some of those defensive takeaways – could have been up by 2 TD’s. Not a perfect game by the D but I love that we are blitzing more.

casey James

For the most part they did a good job but need to be more aggressive cause the Giants are least likely to make any noise in the Playoffs and this game could have had a different outcome…

R I

No wonder his men love him, he NEVER fails to laud their individual accomplishments to show his appreciation. ❤️ KOC!!!

DReid28

I don’t call it the fourth quarter anymore – it’s the North quarter!!!

Joe Schmoe

I understand the trouble on defense, and it could pose a problem in the playoffs. That seems to be the consensus with every commentator, armchair QB, sports network, and blog out there. That being said, I don’t think their success is a fluke. They don’t commit a lot of penalties, they don’t turn the ball over that much, their red zone offense is very good, they have played good special teams, especially the kicking and punting. I would end with the head coach, Kevin O’Connell has them believing they can win, so they play hard the whole game, regardless of the score. It’s unfortunate they haven’t been given more respect, they certainly have compiled some of the best games of the season for viewers.

    Rob E

Yip, you can’t have 11 flukes in a row. They know how to win.

Emile Redmond

What a year it’s been!

Mike Kimmel

This is the greatest post game press conference I have ever watched. Kevin is a complete and total master communicator. He is a leader. So grateful to have him as our coach.

    Greg Gordon

He has the best post game presses and the best locker room speeches this team feels different

    CVDV59

I felt the same he Is a great coach very calm not like others I have seen after games they interviewed

Larry Ledeboer

Man it is so great to have O’Connell as the head coach. His post game speeches when game balls get handed out – you can see – guys play hard for him.
He’s smart, humble and hopefully he can coach the Vikings for another 20 years.

Austin Penrod

This is the first time in my life as a Vikings fan that I’ve seen this team have talent, schemes, heart, and luck all on their side. I hope and pray they win the SB this year

JTK

If they actually put together a complete game on a regular basis it will be scary for the NFL.

B

Vikings keep making History ! JJ breaking Moss’s record for most receiving yards in a single season in franchise history and breaking Carters record for most receptions in a season. Vikes 11-0 in one possession games breaking an NFL single season record. TJ breaks Vikings record for most receptions by a TE in Franchise history. Joseph breaks record for longest FG in franchise history. Vikings with largest comeback in NFL history last week. And this is KOC’s first year.
