An NFL QB gets better by doing things that result in more: on-target, on-time throws.
Additional talent does not make a QB “better.” But, additional talent can make the QB’s life “easier.”
Having Justin Jefferson, Christian McCaffrey and Creed Humphrey on the Bears team wouldn’t make Justin Fields a “better” QB; but it would make his NFL life easier.
However, “getting better” starts and ends with Justin Fields — as it does with every QB.

Made some strides (pun intended) this season. Got some things to work on. Despite the record, this was a successful season.
-QB1 grew, overall, as a quarterback
-Flus layed a foundation for the future
-Poles had an ok Draft class and has alot of capital to build off of.
Only way is up! 📈📈📈

Justin Fields Will Get Better This Offseason
The Bears 🐻 Will Get Better Next Season And So Will Justin Fields.
JF1 oozes elite QB1 type of leadership. This guy is a winner. I remember watching him play at OSU and especially vs.Clemson and I wondered how he would rebound from the year before. After coming back from the rib hit and throwing a TD on the next play vs. Clemson the next year I knew he had that “IT” factor. He’s going to need it to overcome Green Bay like he overcame Clemson. When we lost games over dropped passes this year, bad calls and silly miscues I remember telling my girlfriend that the universe was setting us up to get the #1 pick and it wasn’t in vain. It is good to know we are witnessing the beginning of what will be a franchise altering off-season! BEAR DOWN!

Chicago Bears need to make sure they protect J.Fields take a real hard look at their strengths running the ball and load up this offense. Look as long as the defense is bend don’t break not allowing many touchdowns in the RedZone that’s it. They have to stay dominant in the run game and with a legit passing game they are going to win the Superbowl. Running game opens up the passing game. It’s just looking at the game from inside out it’s as simple as that.
