Justin is so underrated

    Les T

He wont be recognized until we get some better players and Win the Super Bowl

    aX

@Les T if we build around the kid properly it’s a trip to multiple super bowls for sure

Connor Miller

And the crazy thing is he’s just cracking the surface of his potential. Can’t wait to see how even better he’ll be once the bears upgrade the roster around him and give him weapons.

    Javhon Sago

@Bob chi-town pointless. I hear you, the bears have the fewest dropped passes but but the amount of opportunities the receivers generate is pathetic. No separation, no consistency & rarely are there good passing windows being developed. Those Dropped passes means Fields is putting the ball where it needs to be. By no means is He perfect but he’s getting his head blown off every snap w/ this far far far from good OLine. The only reason he’s not being sacked more is because he’s extending the play on the ground, making opportunities. Be honest The bears are a bad team, be real. Fields is the only bright spot. Literally the only bright spot atm

    Bob Chi-town

@Javhon Sago Interesting.. Avg seperation of receiver with Mitch QB was 1.94 yds…… with Fields Mooney avg seperation is 6.0 yds and Kmet is 4.0 yards….. ext gen stats has Fields as the most off-target passers in the league.. he throws a little low, he throws way to high, he throws a little behind…. There are zero timing passes where Fields throws the ball before the receiver breaks…. Fields also has the longest time holding the ball before he throws 4.0 seconds.. and to blame the O-line ? Tell that to Burrows who was sacked 60 times last year and went to superbowl… There are way too many times Fields runs when guys are wide open… The only games we won are when the running backs are running the ball…. How many receivers are going to want to play with Fields as their QB ? None.. he doesn’t target them, he runs. He stares down who he is throwing to.. no periphial vision….. what is next years excuse.. Bears have new players , so this is like Fields Rookie Season with all new players?…….. How many Superbowls does Vick and Llmar have..0… How many running QB’s have Superbowls…0 ( running, not scrambling)…. Trubisky 2018-2020=25-13 Fields 2021-2022= 5-18

    ACG

@K2klipzimagine thinking scoring 30 points in 4 weeks and losing is on Justin Fields lol his top WR was ESB and he was throwing to Nsimba Webster. Prime Brady couldn’t do anything with these dudes at WR and don’t even get me started about the pass blocking

    michael jones

Bears need to give him a good running game and defense. Marshawn Lynch made it harder for defenses to keep Russell Wilson in the pocket. While Wilson had average WRs and good TE

    Bob Chi-town

@michael jones Our running backs, Montgomery and Herbert should be good enough. Teams with the top rushers are no longer needed to get to superbowls… Dand right about defense.. I mean, we completely got rid of what couls have been the best defense n the league…Hicks,Mack,Quinn,Smith… so there is a rebuild we need there.
I like Kmet as he avgs 4.0 yds of seperation and can block. Moony actually gets 6 yards of seperation which is well above avg, but fans dont get to see it because I dont think Fields sees the whole field and starts running without ever seeing how wide open his players are.
Fields throws like a 2nd baseman that as the yips.. If it is near the line of scrimmage it short, 10ft too high ot behind the receiver.
The major, major problem is Fields does not have any timing throws. Some plays he should be throwing before the receiver makes his cut, but he holds on to long and waits till he sees them open.. he has to time those !
I do have to say, some of Fields worst throws were not under pressure… Even under pressure.. you make the throw on target, or you dont throw it.
Joe burrows had a terrible line, sacked 60 times, one of the highest hits of QB’s, but when he threw it 80% of his throws were on target.. It had nothing to do with how good the receivers were as the balls were on target… Fields is ded last in on target throws and holds the ball 4 seconds.. longest in league…
The McKaskeys have a shiney penny in Fields and will not spend the money to really go after a superbowl.. why should they.. it won make them more money.. they max out home field profits, they max out away profits, they max out merchandise profits… Why spend more if it wont make you more… I am just gratefull I went to every 85 game.
Our running game was going so good in the beginning of the year, then we stop and let fields run and it does not put a “W” on the board.
Fields is a vegetarien, and nothing against vegitarians who will outlive us carnivores.. but they get hurt in sports easier..
As a 10 year coach who put 2 players in NFL and Superbowl, I can say Philly had some excellent schemes rushing today.. Hard to blame the oline when these were never before seen schemes.. I dont blame Fields for any of the sacks today. Bears D-Line showed some good schemes.

When we have to get the ball and score under 2 min.. I do not think Fields is THAT guy.
Fields is just playing the Ohio State offense.. 1 read and run. That works with a yound athltic QB 3-4 years and the NFL “D”s can shut it down.. besides, that football style does not win superbowls….. Vick, Jackson ,Cunninham , Cam Newton.. Never won… A pocket passer who can run i.e. steve young or Aaron rodgers can win with using the pocket and have good scambling abilities. The 54 of 58 SB winners were excellent and mainly pocket passesr that could ru when needed.

ChicagoDefense

And he’s doing this with receivers you’ve never even heard of

Tyree Powell

Congratulations 👍👏👐🙌🤲💐🥳🎊🎉🥂🍾🎆🎇 Justin Fields Reaching 1000 Rushing Yards Well Deserved Young Man.

The Anomaly

Fields really put up 2 touchdowns and a 120 passer rating against the leagues best passing defense with an all-time great QB run as icing on the cake while missing his WR1, 2, 3 and 4 as well as his best o-lineman. Pro bowl easily

    tariq sawyer

@Jess Cheek with what WRs? They ether trash or injured Justin can’t be WR too

    Jonáš Vohrna

    and without Herbert

    ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤe

    @Jess Cheek Lamar did it

    Luke G

@Jess Cheek oh, well good thing he’s thrown 11 TDs and 4 Ints in a stretch of games including Dallas, Miami, Green Bay, New England and the Eagles. He won’t be pro bowl this year but next year just be ready.

And before you bring up passing yards In your counterargument, Hurts had 3 turnovers with 315 yards no passing touchdowns and a passer rating of 64.6. The giants won by 8 and Daniel Jones only had 124 yards and no TDs. Context matters. Better rosters always eat poor rosters especially ours that was already bad riddled with injury. But keep hating lil bro, keep that same energy next year when we have a good roster

    j0ker

@Jess Cheek “you have to throw the ball for that” throw to who? mooney injured, st brown injured, claypool mid, so who can he throw to?

Cornelius Gober

The Chicago Bears are gonna be a dangerous team when they put the pieces in the off-season together 2023 is gonna be a Comeback NFL season for the Chicago Bears time too eat let’s go hunting Monster’s of the Midway Baby 🐻 ⬇️

Jake Knutson

The amount of critics, that said the Bears won’t have a chance this year (despite proving they are right there on the doorstep if healthy) in 6 months that are going to have the Chicago Bears as the 2023 dark horse team for Super Bowl contender is going to be astounding.

Mr Heater Pedro

This man is starting to become a great quarterback all around. He’s so calm even with an offensive line that’s going to get him killed

    kwasi Appiah-Kubi

Yeah he has a very relaxed dropback it’s been that way since he was in college and perhaps even in high school

    Mr Heater Pedro

@kwasi Appiah-Kubi early on in the season he looked like he felt really uncomfortable but now he looks like he’s settled in. By the time the 2024 offseason ends we’ll be SB contenders.

    bobby

@Mr Heater Pedro agreed. I think that 9 times out of 10, he’ll win a game in which his team is equally as talented as the other team. He’s being asked to carry an extremely overmatched team to a win every single week, which ironically this entire fan base agreed before the season began was an unreasonable thing to ask of a second-year QB. Now that we can see he can play, so many of us are starting to expect too much (wins). The fans are rushing a process that we all knew was going to last through this offseason at the earliest. This team isn’t built to win through the air at the end of games (at the moment), but Justin was never part of that problem, which should be obvious to anyone who realizes how much less he has to work with compared to other QBs.
There’s even a game-by-game clip montage of the receivers and o-line (and an occasional egregiously bad call) not giving him a chance even when fields INDIVIDUALLY executed the plays perfectly.😅

    Mr Heater Pedro

@bobby the fact that he’s so confident and calm even though he’s bound to get killed every game

    Wonder McThunder

@Mr Heater PedroSB Contenders? Sofa bowl?

Duncan Pinderhughes

Love seeing our former Buckeyes shining in the league. OH!

Cookinwithchris

That one run justin did that he tiik to the house….but taken bk cuz he stepped out….was one of the best plays I’ve seen…hes different….even if he just gets alittle better at throwing the ball n alittle better at everything which i think he will….is ridiculous to think that this is just the beginning he can very well be one of the most dynamic Qbs to ever touch a football…if u get this man two more receivers n one dynamic receiver which will give Mooney even more production….this can be a very very good dynamic fast finesse n pummel you down offense…every team should been getting ready for him already for next season….cuz if get justin some guys to help this team…..this can be a potential dynasty

Vick

Its wild how upset I was when the Bears didnt draft Hurts but Ive been beyond happy that patience has delivered Fields to us, we will be a scary team in the near future 🐻🔽

Loban

Don’t give Fields a good OL and receivers because then I will feel bad for the rest of the NFL. He’ll be unstoppable.

Trevor Hembrough

Just wait until you see this guy once he has legit NFL receivers to throw to.

T. O.

Fields is truly special.

Can we do something about the people hitting him after he’s already started sliding? He’s gonna get killed out there

Tejash Patel

Finally we have a qb, you can tell Bears are tanking

Marcus Jones

Get this kid some help! This will be the most important offseason in Bears history because they legit have a QB. Solidify the O Line get more playmakers on the perimeter if you can get a defensive capable of a top 12 performance next year you might have a contender

Little D

I think once the bears give him a good o-line the Bears will be a force to be reckoned with

R Mart

Imagine how good he could be if he actually had a line that could protect him!!

    Mike

    That- and a Defense…

Achilles

Poles is gonna be smiling like the Grinch in the off-season cause my goodness he’s gonna have so much leverage to be able to make this team great!!
