Why no squib kick with 13 seconds left. That was a big league mistake.

    Renee Williams

It sounds like that was the plan but some how didn’t get communicated to Tyler Bass, based on what McDermott said in his presser 🤷🏽‍♀️

    Adam

squib kicks aren’t as easy as you think..

    ArkOmen1

We lost the Music City Miracle on the same kind of kick with 16 seconds left. Still, I agree, I wanted a squib kick too. They really needed Tre White right there at the end to cover Kelce. Kelce and Mahomes audibled brilliantly to hit a seam pass because the Bills were in an outside contain formation. Why not just intentionally foul there too? There’s plenty of things that could have been done there. Here’s the thing though… Sean McDermott needs to grow too and let’s face it… he does not have much big game experience and Josh Allen is putting him in situations that he has never found himself in before. Andy Reid went through this phase too. So I think this will ultimately be a great growth year for the team, because it was so painful but the fireworks display that Josh put on was nothing that we’ve ever seen before. It was great growth for him to do that in a big game and further himself from the nervous, wild play he used to show before in big situations. I’m a true believer in Josh Allen, and what he did in these games just blew the doors off of all of us, even the naysayers. I think we’re going to end up in one or more Superbowls before it’s all said and done. If Josh plays this way in that biggest game, then the chances are we’re going to finally get that Lombardi trophy, and the first person that I want to see raise it is Josh Allen!

Raymond Ashley

With all that cap space we got We better Go off in free agency Spend the money and bring people I want a Super Bowl in Buffalo damn it We shouldn’t be sitting home this weekend

    Toaster N'Friends

We have one of the least amount of cap spaces in the league.

    J Barkley

Yeah we have about $10 million in cap space, but we need to free up some with some tough cuts. Beane has done a great job, but he needs to be willing to trade some draft picks to bring in some difference making, ready now talent. Bring in a proven pass rusher or two, a good corner and a skill position guy that adds more speed and explosiveness.

    ArkOmen1

We need to bring in like a Deion Sanders level of CB. Remember what Dallas did back in the day to be able to beat San Fran? They need that star CB opposite Tre Day. Then we need to beef up the D line, get another LB, and get like Von Miller in as a DE. We name big names and guys that have won the SB on this team. No way can you find a way to put an L on that great performance by Josh. Give him some support damnit!!!

All about game time management. I feel bad for Belichik if he watched that Bills-Chiefs game. Probably cringed at the end. Belichik is the master of game time management. A lot of his games end choking the other team of time, causing the other team to have a desperate reaction and need to hurry a score forcing errors. Take your time marching down the field if you’re confident scoring. Tire out their defense. Ice their offense.

    seamus mclaughlin

I agree with you 100%. Well said.

    al

@seamus mclaughlin if your team can keep your offense on the field for extended periods and still don’t score in the first half because you can’t score in the red zone, you will by the third quarter and more in the fourth. Their defense is spent by then and they probably didn’t score much in the first half if any since you kept their offense off the field.

    ArkOmen1

I just think that a guy like Belichick would have managed that last 13 seconds differently. Belichick definitely would have squib kicked and then would have only rushed 3, dropping 8 to cover.

hailey marvin

Buffalo’s lost sure does hurt! But the boys played good and I’m proud we made it this far!

    Z-ZOO 922

    Loss****

    Bull Moose

We’re just lucky Josh Allen is Josh Allen. Not Aaron Rodgers or Russell Wilson. He played perfect and lost. In today’s NFL things could have been different if Josh Allen wasn’t Josh Allen.

The Dulak family

I love y’all so much bills I know y’all lost but you guys are beast and y’all will make is next year live you buffalo bills

David Ha Tran

I love this talkshow, especially the technical sessions with Greg that helped me learn a lot about football. A couple of suggestions: 1) sprinkle in each session some of the great Bill plays (or players)/moments in the past for younger generations to learn about the Bills (also to build up the hype for this Bills) 2) Bringing more knowledgable outsiders from other talkshows even if they are Bills doubters (or rival supporter like Patriots’) – I found some of their perspectives quite valid.

Panathas

Allen was the MVP of the playoffs up to this game and he would have won it all but the coaching decisions costs us the game and the SB especially in the last 13 seconds, deprived all Bills fans of our first Super Bowl

    james pettit

OMG. You sound like an eagles fan. Everybody needs to sack up. Bills have always invented ways to lose. Deal with it like an adult. We wouldn’t be he here without this coaching staff.

    ArkOmen1

@james pettit Ha ha I like the Bills and the Eagles. The Eagles did this but worse back in the early 2000s. 3 straight losses in NFC championship games. Then they got to the Superbowl and lost there, ending their run. Then finally Nick Foles found the magic and defeated the Patriots to win it and God it felt good! I had been losing to Belichick for 20 years! Then finally Josh Allen arrived and I could at last feel the way I felt about the Bills back in the 90s. But Josh Allen feels different. I think Josh can actually do it, but good Lord get a real team behind him. The offense just needs some tweaks but I never felt confident about their defense. They need to bring in real talent and get some ringers in there to go out and get this job done!

Jaytea A

No one remembers that the offensive line was a mess in mid season. Once that has solved the run opened up and Josh had time to settle and run his offense.

    J Barkley

We have to bring Bates back. I think we should bring Ike Botegger (or however you sleep his last name) back. Cut Ford and maybe restructure Feliciano.

ryan bennett bennett

Re-Sign Isiah!!!!

Randall Pequeen

Take Tyreek Hill off the Chiefs and the last 4 years are VERY different.
Mahomes would still be Mahomes and the Chiefs would still be good….. but Hill makes the biggest difference over other teams.
Put it more simple… give Allen Tyreek Hill and see what happens… not taking from Diggs but that speed is a killer.

    J Barkley

The speed needs to be the theme of this off-season. Hill definitely makes the difference in KC, and gives Mahomes a huge advantage. Plus they have a couple other guys that I believe are 4.3 40 guys! Hill gives them a yac monster, plus he dramatically effects the coverage. Allen does not have a yac monster. We have several great receivers with all the skills you want (other than elite speed), from route running, to hands, reading the defenses, perpetration, everything else. Allen has to methodically move the ball down the field for the most part and although less important, the lack of speed and yac lowers his stats. Bills need more speed on defense, including in coverage and at pass rush. On offense I think we need to add a speed guy and a running back with speed and power. A 4.3 WR would shift a deep safety away from Diggs and Davis, allowing them to run and catch more deep routes.

    Randall Pequeen

@J Barkley Absolutely. It really pains me to see Mahomes get credit for being ‘better’ than Allen and it’s just not the case. He’s benefitting from things that I believe would put Allen over the edge. If they were to trade places I think Allen would do everything Mahomes has and a more and Mahomes (on Buffalo) wouldn’t quite do what Allen does, mainly because of Allen’s ability to crush defenders.

    J Barkley

@Randall Pequeen For sure! Just imagine what Allen could do in Andy Reid’s system/what plays and formations Andy would come up with with Allen’s seemingly endless skill sets. Imagine Mr. Allen with another Lee Evans on our team. Also, imagine Josh with an RB like Jonathan Taylor. I’ve been sharing this idea, albeit unlikely of trading for Taylor himself. I know it’s a slim chance of happening, but having a RB like him would give us an advantage over KC. Right now, our RB groups are pretty close. I want us to be much better than them at the position.

Card Master

Ayyy ayyy ayyy ayyy Let’s Goooo Buffalo. Absolutely agree Allen played an amazing game and he’s going to be one of the elites an all star quarterback definitely will see Allen winning some Super Bowls and bringing it back. finally home to Buffalo. Bring one for Jim Kelly. so blessed to be a bills fan

    Mount Up 716

    SO BLESSSSEDDD❤💙

R K

Love this guy and team, hopefully we can bring em all back next year!

NewYorkNYKer

Bills Coaches cost this game. Kick on the ground and let player run back for 3-4 seconds. Then Why they played prevent defense when Chiefs has 3 TOs and why so many players toward side lines and deep?? Kelce catch was sick to my stomach!! You could let Mahomes attempt 20+ yds to WRs but TE in the middle of the field was a crushing, specially Kelce was on opposition!!

Jim Levinthal

I agree. I believe we will play with a huge chip on our shoulders next season. I’m predicting the bills only lose 3 games next season.. We take the AFC and get the bye ! GO BILLS!!!!!!

Mount Up 716

I LOVE MY BILLLSSSS THANK YOU ALL FOR ANOTHER AMAZING SEASON ALLEN YOU ARE A LEGEND N U TURNED DWN PRO BOWL CLASS ACT SIDE NOTE THANK YOU CHIEFS KINGDOM FOR THE DONATIONS TO OSHEI GREATLY APPRECIATED💙❤💙❤ LETS GO BUFFALO UNTIL NEXT SEASON

Thomas Busy

Love the Bills! Defense was gassed, but the CB’s were a liability and this needs to bê addressed!

Ben Thorson

Chiefs fan here. Good gravy Josh Allen is awesome. Obviously, I’m not trading my qb for anyone, but your guy is every bit as good. And he just seems like the best kind of lunatic. Looking forward to a decade of coin flips!

    ArkOmen1

Ha ha best kind of lunatic, that’s funny. I was all in on Josh Allen ever since we picked him at the draft, and I’ve enjoyed every single play. I must admit, he knocked the socks off of even the most true believers here in the last few games. I don’t know what happened but apparently he can go nuclear if he really wants to. I just hope they can build enough of a team around him so that we can finally win a Superbowl. I’m just down because they couldn’t stop Mahomes and those weapons for even 13 seconds to help Josh out.

    Mark Hughes

Ben….., finally a chiefs fan that can be objective. Most, but not all it seems, just dismiss out of hand the idea that anyone can be at the same level. It’s always been a team sport. Josh didn’t lose that game, the other half let the offence down. Thanks for retaining your integrity and not being a homer. A rabid fan yes. Homer? No.👍

    Scopes Doped

Since you seem to be honest, realistic and not toxic. I got a legit question for you, when you said you wouldnt trade your QB for anyone… well lets play that game… Josh is your guy yesterday… do you think you win now? I think you do. Anways that was a hell of a game KC Vs. Buff. Best of luck Ben!

    Paul Sweet

Tre white available no coin flip happening buffal wins easily. Without him buffalo was hancuffed. If we get more athletic at corners. Wallace and Jackson not akilled enough to make plays in the ball

Sean Patrick

He is elite and a legit super star

BT3701

If only the Bills had beaten Jacksonville during the regular season then the Chiefs/Bills game would have been played in Buffalo rather than in Kansas City
