Honestly at this point we should just start taking the best player available regardless of needs. If were gonna get a bust o lineman, I’d rather get a stud corner or safety than to get the 5th best o lineman.

A M the sad thing is, that’s exactly what they’re doing in johns mind. He has said his strategy is draft best player over need

@Jerry I’m not an expert in football but here’s a few players I would really consider drafting. Well see how I match up with an actual gm
– Wr Denzel Mims
– Wr/TE Chase Claypool
– S Grant Delpit
– DB trevon Diggs
I really feel like these guys are within our reach and they have the potential to be superstars. Claypool has george kittle like physical status so I have my fingers crossed

@A M Why do we need more WRs??? We got Metcalf, Lockett, Gary Jennings, etc. We need a good pass rusher and better o-lineman. If we need more WRs again, it makes think that we will never make it to the big game in February if we keep drafting WRs that we don’t need. I guarantee you that.

@Rowdy Jr. we honestly dont. But we do need a TE. I dont think paying 7 to mil to a 35 year old vet whose body is on the edge of breaking was a good idea. Which is why I mentioned claypool. He’s got the body for it and he’s damn physical.
I also believe denzel mims will have a better career than every other receiver except maybe lamb or jeudy, which is why I would draft him if he’s there in the second. Would rather draft him than a guy who doesnt even start, like we did last year.
I’d like to go for o lineman but were not gonna get an elite one, and jones is a huge risk.

@A M I’m glad we’re getting rid of ifedi soon. 😰 We need to find somebody better to replace him. He has enough bread in his bank account. 😇 He can go somewhere else lol.

Why would any GM reveal exactly what they plan to do right before free agency and the draft? Have to keep that stuff private for leverage against other teams

@Johnny Tsunami I guess I didnt say it right. My concerns are more with what type and style of offense he and Pete Carroll are planning. Id like to see them open up the offense, and let Wilson do what God put him here to do, AND THAT ISNT HANDING OFF FOOTBALLS…. Its leading a passing attack down the field! Any Q B can hand off a ball. Wilson has a gift… that’s being wasted. Id as soon see him traded, where he could blossom, rather than squelch him into a dominant run type offense. Just my opinion…Go Hawks!

@Keith Sparling Agree, but it is hard to find group of OL that can protect and give time for Wilson, he said by himself. One weak spot on OL will disrupt passing scheme .
