To all my “end of the bar” brethren, I salute you. Roman still has a job and Harbs said the same ish he always does.
Yep! Harbs is showing how godawful a leader he is. Steve Bisciotti is ok with taking money from the fans, but continue to give zero interest to ensure this team has the coaches needed to succeed.
If Roman is still employed by The Ravens next year, I will refuse to watch them. I haven’t missed a game since 2012 chargers vs ravens when rice made that unbelievable play.

Every fan in the stadium and at home could see the 9 and 10 men in the box, yet Romon had nothing to answer…. except to run Huntley up the middle. Pathetic!

If he heard the feedback from the fans at the end of the bar, maybe Harbaugh and the coaching staff could fix the reason why we’ve blown 5 10 point leads throughout the season. I love the Ravens and I loved Harbaugh until he said that statement. Now I just see him as a coach who got lucky his GM drafted a generational QB.
Out of all the things Harbaugh has said throughout the years, him saying that the game plan doesn’t change between Lamar and Tyler is the most maddening thing I’ve heard from him.
It speaks to how stubborn and in denial he is regarding this team and their skill sets.
Then he says, “Gus should have been in there more”.
Who is in charge of making that decision? 🤔
This is an embarrassing admission for a high school coach, let alone a NFL coach with 250 wins and a super bowl ring…

Lamar ain’t coming back this season. Why would he risk it? This is a business. I don’t blame him whatsoever. As a ravens fan it’s frustrating but it is what it is.
I see the talent we have, so to me, these losses are totally on the coaches.
I am in admiration of Harbs. He is able to put a positive spin even on this miserable loss! Wow! Also, he sounded a lot like Tomlin after a loss, only different. Also, why do I get a queasy feeling when Harbaugh discusses Lamar’s availability? Is Lamar done for the season? Is our season kaput?
