EDC knows what the problem is .when teams take Andrew’s out of a play Lamar is fighting to get a receiver open . There are no threats to open up the field. The team is one dimensional. We need a proven receiver that can be a threat to defenses . When will you finally help out your quarterback. So he doesn’t have to work so hard . Lamar has made many clutch plays similar to the one he did the other day . And when it works we don’t have a problem with Lamar it’s exiting . But when he doesn’t make it then you complain. celebrate . We use to run the ball in at the end zone . If the pass didn’t work then try to run . Its been working all day

We’re not going anywhere near the Superbowl until we learn how to close out a game.
The problem with this team is leadership. Nobody is steeping up at all in the leadership role, not even the QB. It’s like the team looks very uninterested to play football at times. We need someone to yell to give players a boost of confidence, or make the team fired up. We had leadership on the team but after our Super Bowl win, the head coach gutted them out the team and we’ve had no dogs since then. We need leadership.
Not really sure what team you are watching. I see plenty of leadership on this team. MAndrews, Duv; Bynes, Campbell, the list is endless. Problem? D. The D is lacking, and it ends up making LJ8 try to win the game instead of playing within himself. Sad thing is that our D is coming around, but obviously, they are not there yet.

But the other point I made was that the Ravens used to have players that were leaders like Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, but the head coach basically booted players like Ed Reed, Bernard Pollard, and Anquan Boldin off the team after the Super bowl. Since then we have no voice on the team. You’re right, leadership falls under the head coach, but another responsibility he needs to have is to encourage player leadership.
@Raven Ken I was specifically talking about the leadership like Ray Lewis had. Basically boosting team morale before and during the game. (Voice of the team).
After their Super Bowl the ravens got rid of everyone who had a voice, head coach just hires yea men around him and anyone who gets on his bad side gets benched
These are grown men. I don’t even think yelling at them will help. Instill in them that winning formula. EVERY MAN UP!!!! It’s not rocket science. So many had the Ravens being superbowl contenders. BE THAT!!!

Losing consistently in the 4th quarter and “FAILING” to make the necessary adjustments in the second half during close games or when holding double digit leads merits a look at the head coach. The team is undisciplined in the moments when it matters and this is not unique to 2022. It’s a shame because this team has talent. While these Ravens can compete against the AFC heavyweights, they are suspect when it comes to finishing. This is a very average AFC North club in an underperforming division thus far.
Conditioning is going to help us in late game situations.

You can tell there are internal issues going on within the team. Harbaugh doesn’t seem to like Roman’s play calling. The team lacks discipline…..Lamar has got to grow up in this league and make better decisions. He has got to be consistent. Don’t force throws all the time, be better at securing the ball as a running QB, and throw the ball when pressure is in your face.
We need results JH and not the same old speeches every year. You and the team said these things last year, same issues new season. You have to look within and clean the house. Spend money on valuable players and stop being cheap and going for Ali Express used to be good players.

This team is undisciplined amd SOFT. Almost 100 yards in penalties! That’s a touchdown in penalties alone. THATS WHAT COST US THE GAME. Hard to get into a rhythm when your guys aren’t disciplined. On top of all that WHERE was our WRs???? Absolutely no WR pressence in Baltimore. Why else do you think Lamar can’t find an open target, only Andrews is pulling his weight.
It’s not like we’ve been blown out yet. If your looking for positive here it would be that we always very competitive.

The old motto “Play like a Raven” doesn’t have the same meaning these days.

I’m confused. If Harbs doesn’t do offensive play calling (or defensive play calling) and we are making these mistakes… what exactly is he doing during practice and during games?
I really feel like the DC job is in jeopardy (if so, I really think Weaver will be next DC) , Hamilton is in danger of being seen as a bust (as well as Armour-Davis), I think our linebackers are looking real suspect lately, if Proche doesn’t step up he’s likely getting traded or released, I also think Boyle may be on the trading block now that Oliver is showing up in games. Stephens needs to split time at safety and we need to trade for a CB or at least start looking into it for the future.
Losing Tyre Phillips is playing a part too in our lack of depth on the line. With the attention to these injuries due to the stadium surfaces especially. Tyus and Gus can’t get here soon enough.

I keep saying it. We have been and are now mediocre. Our defense has been beyond great at times. Our offense not so much except for ‘19. Flacco had a mediocre season when we won the SB but got on a good run. Still the D had to win the end.
