@Uncle Fido … you got me sold on beavers, but I’m not trading queen till I see if we scheme his athleticism right. We all saw what he can do on 0 gap blitzes, and he can cover rbs. They have to get him out the linebacker room and into the secondary hybrid room.

@Uncle Fido the ravens have always built their defense front to back just until a couple years ago. The only way to get back to the dominant defenses of the 2000s is by having a good pass rush. Odafe and Bowser (5 and 7 sacks) showed last year that they are not a good enough pass rush duo to take this defense to the next level. And would you rather have a rookie MLB who will take time to develop and will make rookie mistakes (communication errors, missed tackles, etc), or would you rather have a guaranteed hall of fame MLB who everybody knows will not make those errors? The main reason we need a vet MLB is to cut down on the communication issues on defense.

@king shark I’m first trying to sell ya on Lloyd, he’s an absolute freak! He should really have a 25 to 30 minute highlights video from this past year alone! It’s OK though watch a few of them. After his highlights Google his pick 6 in this year’s pac 12 championship! I think he had like 9 tackles and a sack as well!

@Colin Flynn Bro I don’t want to argue. I believe he can, I know he can. Give ya an example Z when he was with us he didn’t have double digit sacks like he did in GB. But he could of if we didn’t use him in the passing game. But his coverage skills were a little bit lacking, so we dropped him in zone, and if the zone was clear he would move into passing lanes where he batted alot of balls down. Please Google Devin Lloyd’s highlights. Don’t let the 237lbs fool ya! He has amazing skills against lineman. He was a WR in high school and has great hands. And he’s a monster at tackling. Tucker and Josh allen dont play center. Josh Allens center was not having trouble in the buffalo game. It’s on Mekari for missing those snaps. But it has not been the final decision maker in his career. Mekari is prized by the ravens for being able to play any position on the line. Mekari is valuable. The ravens and real fans know it. Plus colon castillo is going to be the center when healthy. Mekaris name is only involved because he would be our backup center

But the league not too crazy, we see they haven’t snagged gro and made him a hc. … wink got hired right away with the giants. But we needed a fresh start there too, but still they hired a company man. So we will see.

We see how it plays out then. My way we save about 20mil in guarantee money if things sour. N if they dont, lamar ends up way paid, 90mil from tags, the a deal that locks up probably 100m guarentee n make him a raven for life.

I hate to break it to you but the franchise tag is going to be more than 30 million. Rodgers and Watson got huge new contracts that change two of the top 5 spots. And Russell Wilson is likely working on a new deal with Denver this summer. That QB tag is going to be over 40 million by the time LJ gets tagged.
