Hate to say it but it’s true. There are no leaders on our team. The closest is Dak but still not there. We don’t have any Aikman or Irvin’s on our team. We’re soft.

The problem is besides Richard, we don’t have any coaches on this team that have the ability to light a fire under these players asses. Im hoping for an eagles win Sunday. We need a major staff change, then they can decide what they wanna do with dak or how to use him.

Love Jason but he’s not the player he used to be. He’s slow. Jason is a HOF TE but Jarwin is what we need right now. Jason should be the situational TE and Jarwin should be the every down guy.
