Looking back on the replays of the game hours later, and that hit really stood out. Davis is awesome. People can bag on SMB all they want on here too, but as a unit, the secondary has practically unlimited potential.
Going into the season, you knew the front 7 was going to be amazing. You knew Brady had a ton of weapons. The only unit with the question mark was the secondary. If they keep getting a little better every game, the Bucs are going to be ridiculously good by the end of the season.

Never get why reporters ask questions they already know the answer to.
That’s how you write articles. You come to an interview with certain talking points but you need a legit source to talk about it so they ask obvious questions to give validity to their journalism. It’s dumb from our standpoint but that’s how it works 🤷♂️

“Hey, were you surprised when you caught that interception?”
“After losing this game to Chicago, what’s next for this team?”
??? I don’t know, win the next one?
You can read it all over these athletes and coaches faces when they get asked a dumb question.

I like J Dean. He’s extremely humble and has a little kid innocence about him. I remember they joked saying he lacked the least swag in the DB room.
