Well congratulations Mr clowney you deserve it. As for the Cincinnati Bengals you drafted a wide receiver you could have drafted a 10-year or 12-year tackle and you didn’t do it and Joe burrows going to be running for his life. And when he gets into playoffs it’s a total different story

    Really? That’s your take on the Bengals drafting Chase? He’s going to be a superstar for a decade, the Bengals now have a GREAT WR corps, and they are going to be the Browns biggest hurdle in future years. They can get a tackle next year. Meanwhile the Browns lack of big, fast, dominant receivers is one of our biggest problems… AND WE STILL need at least one more good tackle too!

    @Arcturus well they made a choice they made a choice for the fast dominant receiver and I don’t blame them for making that choice if that’s what they wanted to do. But let me tell you when you’re in the playoffs everybody’s coming at you and you suddenly become The hunted not the hunter. So good luck with that. Let’s see how many times he gets sacked next week

And for all you folks that said already that he should go sign with New England New England doesn’t have a guy on the other end that does what miles Garrett does. So what it’ll end up being is that Mr clowney would be double teamed every single play. With Miles Garrett on one side and him on the other side or both of them lining up on the other side they are a very scary duel together

My initial thoughts were that I didn’t want Clowney, boy was I WRONG! I love this guy & really enjoy watching him play. Here’s hoping he’s a Brown next year.

    I was exactly the same. I soured on him cuz I felt he mockingly avoided the Browns last year. And to no so surprise, he more or less confirmed that he did indeed have a negative perception about the Browns when Mary Kay asked about that in his last conference.
    Anywho. Boy was I wrong about Clowney

    Count me too. I think he will be here next year. 8 sacks in 3 years prior, 9 sacks in 1 year with the Browns. I believe it’s his career best, done one other time. Down to earth dude.

We really need to keep the clowney garret combo.. It allows us to be softer at tackle assuming JOK improves how great he already is as well as our other LBs. We just focus on backfield and drop the money for our DEs i think
