Granted any Oline where Boles is the best player is trash. But we need to get drew back out there and they’ll look average again.

If u honestly think Brett is better than Lock idk what your smoking because not only did the man throw 3 horrible and bone head picks, we barely won the game due to his mistakes. If it wasnt for Jeudy mossing Desir on a horribly thrown ball from Rypien and Melvins last TD which is the only time i thought Rypien showed something other than he can call max protect was when he threw himself at the defender to help Melvin score other than that hes not that good. He has a horrible deep throw arm, he is pretty stiff in the pocket and doesnt move much, crumbles and throws picks under heavy pressure, and is not the best at throwing it out of bounds when there is no play. The only thing he has better than Lock is he’ll call for max protect or more protection when he sees someone is pressuring him constantly… Lets also not forget Jets are the worst team in the NFL rn, i love the Broncos more than anybody but to think that Brett and Lock are in the same category or to even think to crown Brett as starter after a medicore performance against the jets which allow 27 points a game and thats facts. Im js Lock and company would of scored 50 on those bums lets be real, there are highschool teams that could probably beat the jets. But go ahead let Brett play against a semi healthy Pats team and when he throws for 80yds and 6 picks and no TDs dont come cryin to YouTube js.
He’s the only person who won this season. If lock was better we’d have two more wins than we currently do. I’ll take terrible throws and wins over getting sacked and punting all game long.

Yes leave the pocket and get injured like what just happened. If the key to beating us it blitz and watch Lock roll out we don’t stand a chance this season. He’s going to get hit, he needs to stay calm and make a completion like Rypien did. No O-Line in the NFL can protect a QB that is 10 yards away so stop doing it.

@Baileofhay122 K.O.M. He won those games last year because nobody knew how to deal with him and Sutton. Take away Sutton and get film on Lock and look what happens. You think it’s an accident they blitz nonstop? They do it to get him to roll out like clockwork and then bam he’s out of the game. Sutton can make anyone look good because he’s a beast. Lock was being carried by him which should be obvious with how badly he is without him. Lock has one game, roll out and deep ball. Find out Sunday who’s right I guess. I’d be shocked if Fangio doesn’t pull him second half and put Rypien in.
I say give him one or two more years an we be making the playoffs but our D needs to step up as well

@Todd Lack Sutton’s stats were down when lock was in he was doing better with flacco and Allen he isn’t the only receiver. There is no difference from last year and this year there is no new film he’s only played 6 games you can’t figure out a qb by 6 games and if you think that that’s sad, look at josh allen etc nothing happened when Sutton disappeared because he only played one without him and did good

Lock needs to PROVE that he’s the guy. I don’t want to see him start just because of his draft position. He better be out there beating Rypien in practice on every category: accuracy, play calling, defense reading, pocket awareness, timely delivery, decision making, progression, audible play changes, protection calls, etc. If he isnt, arm strength and draft capital should not get him the job alone.
