Get rid of Lombardi, he’s holding the offense back. ONE deep pass SMH. If he didn’t have a connection to Staley he’d be fired by now.
No more talk, win, if they don’t win this next game season is over. They have a chance to keep playoff alive IF they win.
No more second half meltdown if they have a lead and Lombardi goes back to check downs and screens to keep the other team in the game he needs to go that next day. If not then Chargers don’t want to win they’re okay with a mediocre record and being good “On Paper”

Well considering wins and losses is a team stat, not a QB stat. This is probably a useless comment. Quarterbacks don’t win games and super bowls, teams do, all three phases, defense, offense and special teams all operating at high power and not all injured as the second most injured team. The league just face the second least injured team the Chiefs and barely got by the Chargers, that says a lot about the grit, their backups have considering everybody’s a backup right now except for the quarterback
I’d say the bad play calling by the offensive coordinator. Lombardi needs to go.

Chargers have a franchise QB most teams can only dream of. But now bad coaching and personnel decisions are killing this season. Both GM and coaching staff should go or this franchise will remain cursed! Young Herbert deserves so much better.
