Wow.. that first statement from Culley should definitely instill confidence from everyone. “I really had nothing to do with the change in the second half because I didn’t know what to say…”
What changed the game is when they took Brandin Cooks out Davis Mills look completely different as a quarterback. Elite wide receivers demand for the ball you take them out now you really get to see what type of quarterback you have and I believe Davis Mills is going to be a future star quarterback for the Texans. The head coach doesn’t have to execute the players do.

You have to ask yourself can we win and can we make a run at the playoffs with Culley as our HC. Pray about it.

Wasn’t sold on this hire, but they may have something at QB. Culley’s background is offense so we will see what they can do in year 2. Hope for a 7 to 9 win season next year.
There’s no point in keeping him. He doesn’t make adjustments. You just heard him say he didn’t make any of the adjustments at halftime against Tenn. the man is a puppet and his rep ( what little there was) is going to have a stain on it bc they hired a “yes man” as a HC. He brings nothing to the table other than bring a nice guy. But this team doesn’t need a nice guy. They don’t need a calm voice in the locker room, they need a winner who can make average players good, and good players great. He doesn’t do any of that. I get not wanting to hire another authoritarian like BOB. But they went in the complete opposite direction when they hired this guy! And it ended with up crippling the organization and the fan base. The best coaches on the staff are/were Pep and Lovie. And they did a good job coaching despite Culley. Those two were more responsible for the wins than he was. This man brought nothing to the table. And I’m not breaking any news here with all of this. The players like him just bc he’s not BOB who screams and cusses at them every other word. But you can’t hand the reigns over to an unqualified clown who’s never even called plays before. He’s a Nice guy? I don’t care, he can enjoy retirement from the NFL with his wife and grandkids and be happy that way. But get the hell away from this organization and thanks for the four wins
You do realize he didn’t need to make adjustments at halftime. They still almost won that game without making changes. That loss came from the players not the coach. I bet money if we got a another coach next year you would be posting something long like this at the end of the season blasting the new coach. Your typical.
