I can’t tell you the amount of times I would see in a jets offense where it’s 3rd and 8 or whatever 3rd down play and the jets either run it or do a screen or pass for one yard. It’s like there mindset is “they’ll never expect it”. Freaking come on. Defenses read that stuff in a heartbeat. The jets may as well punt on third down

Divonte Davis the jets need offensive play calling to more of the 60s jets where they passed long and didn’t play it safe. When it’s 3rd and 10 they need to pass 10 yards not less.

I’ve been a fan all my life(35 years). Now without a doubt I can guarantee as long as the Johnsons own the team we will never see a Super Bowl. The bad hires, lack of football knowledge and straight up ineptitude has lead to the terrible play on the field and it’s embarrassing. I used love calling myself a Jets fan and wanted my children to root for the team with me. I now want them to make their own choices so they don’t end up like me get heartbroken every year. Gase has made all Games miserable to watch as a horrible head coach and the fact the owner can’t see how bad he is for the team and fans shows how dumb they really are. The Johnsons need to stick to what they know which is baby products and leave the football to the real people who know what they’re doing.
