I know Urban doesn’t have a lot to work with but come on. You’re telling me you have a job as HEAD COACH and you go out and basically say “oh it’s all the other coaches responsibility to micromanage I’m just here for the fun of it”
Wow. This is the first time in the entire season that the media that cover the Jags were finally asking a lot of good tough questions of Urban Meyer. I can tell by their questions and follow up questions that they are finally getting critical toward the coaching ability of the Jags instead of the players. They were not throwing the usual softball questions .

HC used to stand for Head Coach but in Meyers case, its Head Clown. He is NOT NFL coach caliber and its showing.
It is the simplest thing in the world honestly…. Get some great targets. Get some quality wide outs a few receiving tight ends and this team will be a legit high powered offense with that QB under center. lol it is really that simple, so don’t overthink this front office!
Add a #1 WR and TE plus Etienne and Chark and its a whole new Offense.
Everyone gets pushed down one spot.

I’m willing to stick with Urban another year but he needs to step up and take control. Enough not knowing what is going on with the coaches. He is fully capable. I know he is still learning but its time to take the reigns. Team is banged up so not a whole lot can be done but he needs to know everything that is going on.
No leadership with him. He’s just someone that has a title name headcoach. That doesn’t actually coach he just stands around watching not saying nothing. This is not gonna last long.
