Geno is the man, our team is the definition of a team. All in

Adam Walker

Lucky # 7 in Germany! Go get it Geno! Nice game sir ,thank you for your dedication and effort! GO HAWKS WIN!

Defender Of Logic

One word to sum up Geno’s performance today. Resilience. Way to keep moving forward in spite of mistakes.

Cryptic does Challenges

finally a quarterback that doesn’t sound like a robot every week. Geno Smith is mvp

The Truth As Eye Know It

The robot speeches were a smoke screen for his inner Hollywood diva.

    Ray Trevino

So in the Seattle Seahawks fan base you see Russ Wilson as like a Brad Johnson when he was with Tampa and won the Super Bowl ? Looking at his stats and record and being a run away from 2 Superbowls shouldn’t he get more respect from Seattle fan base?

    TungstenWhizard

@a a Very poorly worded (but apparently not uncommon in the black community – a competition of “blackness”). Although I do agree that Russ acts like a celebrity actor rather than a professional football player.

    Lamereo Hargett

    Hurts

    Amy Falcon

@Ray Trevino You can respect him all you want! His true color was out in the open and his team mates knows it, so as the 12ths! Move on! In Geno, Seahawks lives now! Humble, articulate, a team loving individual, respectful to Coaches and the opportunity he was given! None of the above for your “ME” guy, Russ! 🤣😂

tom hansen

Geno looking good. Classy. Hawks are so much fun to watch this year

Jim campbell

You need games like this to see how you respond as a team !

hunrb27

A comeback story for the ages 💯. Way to put that pick 6 behind u & ball out. I’m so happy and grateful to witness this. Go get em in 🇩🇪 Geno. Viel Glück

Trainy

Geno is becoming my favorite Seahawks QB ever. He’s exactly the type of personality and skillset I’ve always wanted in a Seahawks QB

    Juan Z

He got that sean alexander humbleness

    Greg Waters

Yeah you’re both exactly spot on how can you not be proud!! We all know Geno is so easy to respect! it is his play and how he carries himself professionally!! Look how “powerful” humility and gratefulness can be!!

    patricblack1

    @Juan Z No he doesn’t.

    MrBezl

He’s so much better than Russ after games. Russ’ robot always positive, never taking accountability bs is not missed over here

Thizlam

A young defense full of ballers with an elite corner. A QB playing way above expectations and leading the league. A speedy go-to receiver to bail you out. Great blocking/receiving tight ends. A 3-down RB who can run you over/shed your tackle, or gash you for 70+ without being touched. All being coached by a HOF coach and a great OC.

This really does feel like the 2012/2013 season, the future of the Seahawks is extremely bright.

    No Days

They are going to win the Superbowl.
NFC championship games hawks vs eagles. Eagles are good but benefit from trash teams.

    Bobby SavageHill

@No Days Man, that’d be sweet.

I hope they lighten Walkers load a little though. I really don’t want to break the new toy…. I get Homer just came back but Walker got close to 30 carries yesterday…. be careful with him please! I hope Seattle drafts another back in the 3rd frame next year…. wouldn’t even mind a 2nd rounder spent on another back. I was really hoping we’d trade for Kareem Hunt but the Browns’ asking price might’ve been too high.

    JWATT

@a a yea i agree. don’t wanna wear out our rookies. i think we should get another power back in next year’s draft to compliment K9 as well. having both a shifty back and power back opens up so many plays. maybe like in the later rounds tho that would be deadly

Drew B

I was so wrong about this guy. Just so very wrong. He isn’t just playing the position of QB incredibly well, he’s just impossible not to root for as a man and as a person. Keep it going, guys!!

    a a

Same. I’ll admit it. Said it well before the season started Smith isn’t the answer and why are we wasting our time there? I get the season is only half over… but the guy is balling out…. and after a pick six and rough start to the Cards game, the guy pulled it together and started making the throws/plays. I don’t think Waldron called his best game either… Seattle could’ve just run the TE flats 24/7 and probably racked up 500 yards – Cards had no answer for it.

    brit

We all were wrong and I’m so happy to admit it!!!

    a a

@CrushinAll Yah I did too Crush….. I was like, “Well just start Lock because Geno is a lost cause and at least we’ll know if there’s anything left in Lock because Geno isn’t gonna do anything.” Yah woops…. I get to save some face for grading Seattle’s draft one of the highest lol…. hell of a rookie class Seattle put together.

    CrushinAll

@a a A+ on their draft and their execution of this season. They’ve done more than anyone else even dreamed.

David Post

So happy for him. He;s a stand-up guy.

$mizz

We’re all we got, We’re all we need!!!! Go Hawks!!!!

Miguel Ortiz

Geno feels real. he is truly refreshing to see both in action and in press conference. he is a good man

    Sis Zara Ari

    He is very authentic

Oh its just me GOD!

That’s what you call a professional. So proud he’s my QB. 🤘

imaguygolfn

The tight ends were the hero’s of this game. NIce job finding them Geno. You are ROCKING it! Go Hawks!

Hawk 808

The Growth is real yall!! Its so inspiring ! I was wrong about u Geno and u keep proving it week in week out! Its that feelin that i actually love that i was wrong! GO Hawks!

Stephen Giese

Giving credit where credit is due and taking the blame when necessary! Glad to see him run more and when able. Love everything about him😀

    a a

Pete Carroll after the Broncos game saying, “It’s not about one individual, it’s about the team.” And Geno constantly talking about the team here…. yah, pretty obvious the coaches and players f’ing hated Russell Wilson.

Jackson Kawasaki

Geno is an amazing surprise, who’s really believed that he’s capable to do what he’s doing by now. GO HAWKS!!!

Lucky12

Geno deserves The
Most Valuable Player &
Man Of The Year Awards.
He’s a hell of an athlete and a humble person🥇

Tip & Ring

Geno mentions Aaron Donkor as being one of the early guys in the weight room. Aaron is our NFL International Player Pathway Program dude. He is German, played college ball at Arkansas State. He is currently on the practice squad. I truly hope Seahawks find a way to activate him to the active roster for the upcoming game in Munich, Germany this Sunday. Aaron’s ‘home crowd’ would go wild and ensure that the Seahawks have the hometown crowd advantage for this game.
