People acted like he was a bust after a year even though he didn’t get many snaps last year but even then when he did he had an impact
To say anyone drafted is a bust after one season is only being hyperbolic .

Gary’s low key playing better than Preston
@Matt Pergolski Preston Smith’s game is winning with length and speed, he doesn’t have much pass rushing tools other than that so he gets shutdown a little easier than Za’Darius Smith. That speed off the line however translates into beating a lot of offensive linemen before they break out of their stance and results in sacks. Za’Darius Smith, while not slow, is stronger than Preston Smith which makes him a more versatile rusher however is lacking in momentum because of that speed and can get shut down by stronger guys. Rashan Gary has both of those traits combined that make Preston and Za’Darius great which is why they drafted him. Gary played exactly as advertised for Green Bay so far this season; he won’t get credit on a stat sheet, but he wrecks plays with his presence and pressure. Even if he’s not getting sacks, he’s making an impact.
Don’t sleep on Rashan Gary.
