Need a new QB, a real #1 WR, and a top tier DE. Basically we have a ton of talent, but not at the three most important positions.
Frank is not the problem – the last question should let you know why. Four QBs in four different years, and Frank has done a good job with the scrap heap.

Frank is the problem. Thanks to him we lost draft picks. As long as he continues to be the head coach wentz will stay as the QB. They both need to be gone.

I am 43 years old…this is by far the worst loss I’ve ever witnessed…this team could not even play football…as a game..it is unacceptable 😢 💔…..frank and Chris and Carson should be held accountable….if you get outplayed by the worst team in the league in all 3 phases…its pathetic…its embarrassing….and I want answers…they lost alot of respect and alot of fans with that lack of motivation…lack of wanting to be there…if this team needed an eye opener I would think the loss to the raiders would have done it…this team did deserve to be there…but after that I wouldn’t even call this a team..my high-school team would have smacked this team yesterday..they couldn’t move the ball 5 yards on a less than bad team…frank needs to be fired…for this…I mean from top to bottom they should all pay for this…this is a business and they failed worse than I’ve ever seen in all my years…make em run run run laps til they die…bet they won’t let that happen again…even if they didn’t want to go to playoffs…they wanted to go home and end this season…frank cannot play call ever again…I’d strip him of that…and make him coach that’s it…then Carson has to go…I’d not even keep him as a back up..the dude is trash..a choke artist…everything they say about him in Philly is 100% true…he proved it..he had a chance to prove to everyone what kinda player he is…and he did just that…a loser..a bum is what he is…in football atleast….couldn’t even hit wide open pkayers….just embarrassing…unbelievable…I will never watch another colts game…save myself the embarrassment…and the let down year after year…there all a joke…
In 2024 just bring back Jacoby Brissett if the composition of the team remains as it is presently.
Hard telling what the roster would look like if Andrew luck didn’t leave us at the altar. In my opinion we have the right coach and gm in place. Ask real football people, and those in the business and you will get the same answer.

Need a legit LT, a premier and consistent pass rusher, true # 1 WR and a decent 2A WR and we need a true threat @ TE not enough weapons on offense is a big issue… and we need pass rush!
We need a QB who can see the wide open WRs right in front of him, then actually throw an accurate, catchable pass. Carson can’t, and until he can, it won’t matter who’s catching the ball.

We need to find an LT. Trade for a good veteran pass rusher. Michael Pittman is already perfect for the 2A WR role in a good offense. I’d like to see them going after Godwin, he will probably get a prove it deal since he’s coming off an ACL. And Zach Ertz would make a lot of sense at tight end. Hope we draft WR/CB.
Not quite sure what to make of his response to the question about Carson being the QB going forward. He left that door open.
Also I’m tired of the cliche answers about we are close to being an elite team we’ve been saying that since Peyton Manning left and we have continued to be sub-par when is it ever gonna change or do we continue to “say” we are gonna get better without actually becoming better?

There are a lot of bad coaches out there. You could do far worse than Reich. Who do you have in mind to become head coach Matt Nagy, Joe Judge, Mike Zimmer, Vic Fangio or Brian Flores coaching Jacoby Brissett?

I like how people on here are saying Ballard isn’t a problem, and then listing all the things we need: QB, LT, edge, WR, TE, CB … all of the most important positions on a team, and all positions that Ballard ahs signally failed to fill.

Get real. The Falcons and Dan Quinn will never be surpassed in their choke-dom. They own that special kingdom for eternity. 28 to 3 and one half to go, and they managed lose the superbowl.
I know something needs change. I know it’s not a HC or a GM change I know that. But I’ve wanted Wentz to work so bad. And he didn’t have a horrific season, but when we NEEDED him, he couldn’t put it together. The only time he did was the cardinals game. But other than that he never did if anything he lost us games. Tbh we need a Russ or a Rodgers. I think if Ballard goes ALL in with one of them I think that will take us to the next level. To me the other options in the draft or free agency aren’t going to give us a a better option then Carson. At best it’s going to be a sideways move. In that case, I’d rather have Wentz because he would be in his Second season with the system.

You cannot expect to have ANY aspirations of winning a Lombardi trophy. When your offense is based solely on one Running back and at the most a two target wide receiver Offense……I’m disappointed that the season ended the way it did. Yet I can’t help but to see it as inevitable!!!
This team wasn’t ready for a Playoff run plain and simple.
It would have been if Wentz was even an average QB. Alas, he’s terrible and we got fleeced.

This is what you get for trying to take shortcuts at the quarterback position. He talked Chris Ballard into signing Philip Rivers, and to be fair, it worked as well as it was going to. 2020 was a best case scenario. He again talked Ballard into trading for Carson Wentz, who was supposed to be an upgrade. While the numbers on paper look good and Carson did play well for the most part, it obviously wasn’t an upgrade. He couldn’t pick the offense up when defenses sold out to stopping JT. The blown leads against Baltimore, Tennessee, and Tampa Bay were foreshadowing how the season would end. If I’m Chris Ballard, I’m not going to fire Frank Reich, I’m simply gonna say, “I’m gonna make the decision, and you’re gonna make it work.” This isn’t anything personal against Carson Wentz, but we kept seeing the same mistakes again and again, and that falls on the coaching.
To be fair, we know Carson is not elite. He is above average. We can win with above average, but Carson needs more weapons than just Pittman. I guarantee that if we get a true #1 WR, a TE, and build the pass rush, we will win the AFC south
This season was a total rollercoaster with injuries to big names, covid, ryan kelly loss. Better days next season definitely
Ryan Kelly did not play good this season. Tied 5th in sacks allowed and Tied 7th in penalties.
I love the NFL! I can’t speak for other fans but I love the end of the season win or lose, in or out of playoffs. As a Cowboys fan, it’s interesting to see how other teams manuever this time of the year. How coaches answer EOS questions, how they will go about the off season, the whole evaluation process.
I would love to be inside a teams organization being apart of that. Would love to be in Cowboys, but really it wouldn’t matter what team bc it would be about the competition of getting better. Hail the NFL! 👍🏾
