Rivera Has allot of work to do . ( needs to step away from the Camera and doing shows , someone tell him the season is over , the WFT was eliminated ) Starting searching & working on finding a Real OC , not some old friend or coaching buddy . Reports say Rivera wants to Run the Ball 2 out of every 3 plays . Yet the Numb Nut took a top OL and modified it to one of the NFL worse . Let two starting OL walk , ( one who’s new team made the Playoffs ) . Another chose to just sit out rather than answer calls from Rivera , after the he was treated about resigning . Plus Rivera brought in two college QB to be TE’s who can’t block , so no help in run game ! OL was a problem all yr , and if anyone takes this OC job , has to be assured this problem will be addressed . All this mess was for Wentz , who makes bad decisions , has a long slow delivery throwing motion , stares down receivers &.struggles in the short passing game , Placed behind a Bad OL , what could possibly go wrong LOL

I say Ron and Marty has done a great job with drafting talent but I do think depending on payne situation and oc is going to determine Washington season next season I will say I’m being begging for Howell since beginning of season
