Defense has been great in the redzone, but Ed, please do more!

    Chard askie

Tbh in theory it works and takes weight off the defense shoulders when they don’t mind if you drive down 80 yards if you only get 3

    Bodi Mccall

@Chard askie he has to due to personnel. Go ahead play man n watch us get burnt by everyone not just good teams lol.

    John Bob

    Ed needs to blitz

    Dee Sam

@Chard askie true but if you keep giving up 80 yard drives the Defense will tire to much which will be a problem with the really good teams.

    Bubbles

@Chard askie none of the top defenses are doing that. They ask have a great scheme and are shut down. Jets we’re coming back with field goals. It’s just not good. It’s good in the redzone defense, but other than that no

MikeCheck—

I love our D-Line coach, dudes a beast.

    frozen north

Rumph? Absolutely. I’m pretty sure you could sub Him in and his sheer driven willpower would crush the pocket

    Travoris Perry

Rumph. From Alabama and it’s even more interesting that he probably coach dalvin in college

emmurphy15

Reagor loves being on the team. Need to get him more touches

Mitch Novy

This is the best series ever. Please make these videos longer!!

    frozen north

    1000%

Michael Kash

Bro that hug that JJ gave our coach at 3:42 and our defense coach hugging Bynum while he’s giving the light skin smile is hilarious! Out of my years of being a Vikings fan this is the most fun I’ve had watching them plus stressful wouldn’t change it for the world win or lose! #SKOL

    Robert Stack

@frozen north me to man it’s been awesome watching him progress love that guy

    Krystal

Um so in love with this team. Having so much fun watching them in between heart attacks lol

    djjazzyjeff123

@frozen north Each and every player that has been in the spotlight is like that. If someone told me that ALL the guys on the team were from Minnesota originally I’d have believed you lol. JJ, KOC, Kirk Cousins, Hockenson, Bynum, Harrison Smith, Harrison Phillips, Dalvin Cook, (let alone the guys who ARE from Minnesota) literally they all have that “Minnesota” type demeanor like if you said they all grew up in the suburbs together without knowing better, I’d believe you lol.

    nubian47

Did Bud Grant ever hug a player ? With his stare I would’ve turned an ran

    Hamwallet

Cuz he saved Ed’s job another week 😂

Ken Tinman

With Dalvin back in the middle of that line. Maybe we will see D.J. get a few more sacks.

frozen north

It’s been so good to see Dalvin T and Dantzler hyping their crews even through their injury outages. Off the field but never out of the game. Much respect.

@Dee Sam In all honesty you’re pretty lucky I didn’t even see that comment until this morning, as I’m preparing to move into my new home soon, and woke up in a great mood today.

If you would like some beginner-level tips on how to essentially make yourself a ghost online on public spaces (Forums, YouTube (if you aren’t a creator on screen, I ALWAYS suggest people tighten up their security when it comes to accounts used to comment), Reddit etc hell even normal Social Media which I’m not on in a personal capacity but I know most are), I would be open to spending some time typing a quick outline of tips out for you. I don’t want to do it unless you want the info though.

You enjoy your Holidays as well, I actually mean that.
    SKOL 👏🏿 SKOL 👏🏿 SKOL 👏🏿 SKOL 👏🏿 SKOL 👏🏿 SKOL

    Dee Sam

@Avon Barksdale well thanks for the response. Congrats on getting a new home but you have better things to do then give me tips to be more secure online. Since the internet started I have never had a problem other then someone trying to scam me. Enjoy your new home and Happy holidays. Skol to the Vikes making it to their first SB in over 40 years. Lol✌

    Avon Barksdale

@Dee Sam I won’t comment on you telling me what I should do with my time, but I did have to change one thing you said.

❌ “making it to their first SB in over 40 years” ❌
    To…………………………………………………
✅ “WINNING the first SB in Vikings history” ✅ 😤😤😤

    Dee Sam

@Avon Barksdale hi, I just meant I didn’t want you wasting your time on me. I sure hope you are right about the Vikings winning a Superbowl! Both the defense and the offense need to improve a little b4 I think that can happen but I think we can still beat anyone the way the team is on a given Sunday. I don’t believe the Vikings can win 3 straight playoff games without improvement on both sides of the ball. Let’s just hope that Greg the leg doesn’t miss a FG or an extra point and we lose because of it in the playoffs! As you know the Vikings have a history of that and it would be devastating to fans after the crazy season the Vikes have had! Skol to the Bowl. 🤟

Chard askie

No joke good to see Ed getting along with his players. I don’t love his style but the players have to

    frozen north

he wears his heart on his sleeve and I respect that

Cole Christianson

Love this team so much SKOL

SavagePiglet56

Anyone else love reagors energy I hope we start using him like a deebo or cordaralle

    Puppethound

I wish they would just use him more, his speed has to be accounted for.

    Greg Martin

I mean he failed the return position but would love him as a WR3

    Adam Colbenson

I love how Reagor is our “back up” when he’s as amazing as JJ or Thielen. Vikings have a stacked receiver core 💯

Clinton Reisig

Vikings Media doing a great job ! 💜

    frozen north

hitting it out of the park this year for sure. feels like 20 different series exploring the team and season from different angles

Puppethound

The best part of all this is Hitman seems to be having fun again. In previous seasons, he seemed like the only one playing on defense and you could see the exhaustion and frustration in his eyes. He is making plays and so is the rest of the secondary.

    frozen north

every year becoming more and more one of the all-time great Vikings

he looks as amped on the field as he ever has, and through experience he’s come to hunt with the eyes of an owl: not the biggest, not the fastest, but he’s on you for the kill before you ever knew you weren’t alone

Megan Wingert

That hug at the end!!! Has me tearing up!
Defense did SUCH an incredible job with all of their stops in the red zone and keeping them to just field goals most of the game. They all deserve a game ball. 22 future Hall of Famer for sure!
Love Dalvin giving credit to his O-line as well!

Xenocide X

Theilan has really improved his griddy

djjazzyjeff123

Imagine having Dalvin Cook AND Alexander Mattison on one team. Good lord the talent on the roster this season is absolutely legendary. No matter what happens this year, people will be talking about the ’22 Vikings forever.

Grey Stark

24 came up big, hero of the game for sure, Skol!!!

Rob Johnson

That hug by Donatell on Bynum was… thanks for saving my butt!

frozen north

I’m pretty numb after decade after decade of people building narratives of tension and hype around various sports, as journalists need to

but this year’s Vikings team is very special in a particularly human sort of way.
It’s really cool to behold.

I said it after the first game and I’ll say it til the end:
I don’t care if they lose every game til season’s end. This is a legitimately special team, and any of us would be lucky to be a fan of one like it in a lifetime.

It’s the kind of thing that lets you let go of your own selfish need to be a fan of a winning team, and instead fall in love with watching the players, coaches, and organization experience so much, dedication, camaraderie, challenge, and fulfillment from what they’re doing together.

I don’t need them to live up to my hopes or expectations. I get to watch them experience living up to their own, and that’s so much more engaging and rewarding.

You’d have to know how little regard I have for sports narratives to understand how unlike myself it is to feel
and say this, but I know what I’m looking at, because I’ve spent a life knowing I don’t see it. Not in any team in any sport, until this year.

I’m making sure to enjoy every moment, because nothing this precious lasts forever, and that’s why it’s precious.

No matter how the season ends, I hope all the footage being used for all of the short-form web content gets turned into a season-level feature documentary.

CHILLL BRO

Hope the videos get longer in the playoffs
