I like using the reverse sear method when I can’t use a charcoal grill. I like mine medium or medium/rare though, so I take mine out of the oven around 125. After then sear on both sides for a minute each (maybe a bit longer for thicker steaks). Gives it that nice pink middle without bleeding all over the place. Just my experience, though, YMMV.
