​@Blakes Steam That’s probably because he literally hasn’t played a full postseason quarter. It’s not like he shows up and bombs, he just gets injured before he can get the chance (admittedly that’s a problem of its own). I’m not a Wentz fan by any means and I think it’s time to move on from him, but I see this argument all the time and there are just so many better complaints to make about his performance.

I’m not sure he is hard enough on the players. They seem undisciplined and poorly coached. I think he might be too soft on them. Someone needs to tell them to get their heads out of their butts. He’s not their friend he’s their coach.

You don’t fire Doug fire Jim get a good big play offensive coordinator so it fits wentz scheme then get a pretty decent defensive coordinator that likes to be aggressive

Let’s say Eric Bienemy is hired to coach the Eagles next year. Who believes that changes the way wentz plays? I don’t. I see wild footwork on simple 3 step drops, high throws on simple 5 yard checkdowns . It looks like he’s doing jumping jacks on simple 10 yard outs and comebacks to the left side of the formation. He’s a trainwreck fundamental wise. He’s killing the organization. He’s a passing game disaster.

@Conner Carr First. Doug’s hubris wont let his get a OC to call plays. Next his QB coach Press is doing an aweful job progressing Carson where he needs to be. Staring down Wr, misreading basic cover 3 and zone blitzes at times. There is definitely validity in Firing Doug.

He didn’t play bad. The play calling cripples wentz stats and abilities

The sad part is they’re wasting the remaining years of the old dudes. Lane, Kelce and Ertz are on the back halves of their careers. Cox and Graham are getting older as well. I don’t like using the word rebuild but we’re gonna have to reset some key players soon.

@FiringallCylinders super frustrating, agreed. Ertz won’t be back. The Defensive line will need an overhaul, sadly. The young talent at O line is a real building block, with Sanders, I think, soooo…Trade Wentz? Cox? Get younger, better on the D back end and younger on the D line.
