If he doesn’t get injured any more he’s a guy with a lot of potential here
With his injury problems I doubt they would resign him
He’d need to have a strong finish to the season and give the team a discount for them to extend him. I really hope he can get healthy and ball out, but his salary along with Jamo’s arrival really makes me doubt we will extend Chark.

Not my money so not for me to speak on what next man Gets. If people don’t have a problem with Goff why should anyone have a problem with this guy. Plus Pocket watching is something bum’s do.
Based on his age and injury history, little to no guaranteed money should be involved, and clearly less than 10 mill/year. I could see them doing an incentive rich deal, with a base of 6 mill and he can earn upto 8 mill tops over 3 years. The availability so far and general lack of production for 10 mill this season + Jamo’s roster arrival will limit Charks looks as the season winds down. Unless he goes crazy the last few games this year isn’t going to be considered we got our value for the 10 mill, and better pay and opportunities will most likely be elsewhere for him as I can’t see the Lions floating another 10 his way.

This dude was brought here because he’s a deep threat (despite Jamo) AND he’s noted for his contested catch ability. ALL of his catches this year have been tough ones and he comes out the winner… the fact he has speed, with Jameson Williams and St. Brown, Swift and Jamaal too, all clicking… just imagine how a team has to game plan for that. Can’t wait for next year!

Always impressed with DJ’s interviews. I know this guy can ball and I can’t wait until Jamo takes the top off the defense to watch him have monster games. I know he’s been injured but I also know he’s a pro bowl caliber receiver. Be patient. If he stays healthy, good things on the horizon.
