1. Wilson needs to get back in shape. He’s chubby.
2. Wilson needs a new personal QB coach; his current one has let him operate in his weaknesses for years and he hasn’t improved.
3. WRs need to stop dropping the ball
4. Hackett needs to COMPLETELY revamp his O. It didn’t work in Jax, GB, and now here. It’s vanilla, predictable, and is NOT a good fit for Wilson or the current roster.
5. Albert O; why isn’t he getting any time?
6. Running game is trash and it’s NOT the line’s fault. It’s the vanilla, predictable scheme.

Hackett and Wilson are both too prideful and stubborn to make the above changes. We have a 5’11 QB who’s lost a step, holds the ball to long, second guesses his first read, and a coach who’s offense is, and always has been, really bad. I stuck in there for Hackett for 12 weeks. He’s the definition of insanity. Same thing, every week; same result. If our defense was even the 10th best in the league we’d be getting stomped.

A healthy offense will win games with a top 3 defense. It’ll band-aid the real problem:
Hackett & Wilson aren’t a good fit, there’s a morale and culture rot in the locker room, and Hackett isn’t doing enough to make it a good fit or cure the morale problem.
