He’s the president of a corporation he’s basically the god father of the Detroit lions. If none of the fords were alive anymore he’d basically be the owner. So he carries out task to help shelia doing stuff an owner would do. Basically 2nd in command.

He didn’t comment on the level of toxicity of the previous regime but then proceeded to say that it educated them on what they wanted the culture to be in future. Given that what we are experiencing from the new GM and coaches is one of cooperation, edification and positivity…he answered the question fully.
It’s one of those questions he knows he has to word it correctly. Reading between the lines: We all thought Patricia and Quinn would have worked well together since they had such a close relationship, but it was clear that nobody wanted to come to Detroit because of who the GM and HC were.
This more than anything gives me bright hope for the future, knowing that the new GM and HC (who didnt know each other previously) are almost best buds😅. TAKE THAT PATRIOT WAY😅😝

The fact that now from the owner down to the Head Coach everyone has a voice, everyone is heard and everyone is valued is VERY telling on how the old regime functioned and his answer actually told the whole story without affirming or denying the toxicity of the former regime.
@Raymond Nuznoff And Tom Brady threw a whole lot of reasonable doubt on the validity of the Patriot Way last year. I think we should start calling it the Brady way. And guess what? You can hate him and despise him but Brady wanted his teammate’s numbers ASAP and edifies and holds his teammates accountable…so just saying that perhaps it had less to do with the Patriot Way.
@Matthew Ferguson you couldn’t be more right, and honestly, this new regime scares me . . . but in a good way. Could the Lions finally have a front office capable of leading us to the Gold Standard in the NFC North (once Aaron Rodgers calls it quits)? If Dan Campbell has learned anything about coaching, maybe division crowns and playoff wins arent as far away as we thought.
