Jared Goff is our QB for a while he is very good he can take us to high places . im sure he is highly motivated and really wants to show what he has. Ndamakong Suh who i always have liked says he is a winner and i believe him.
Wish Suh was back with the Lions.
Mercurial McVay will regret this decision….I use to live near Cal and was wondering what the hell that cannon was going off so much for I never heard it sound like that since Aaron Rogers… I turned the TV on and saw Goff. Dont need Suh to say it 4 years IN A ROW of winning with the Rams on teams that had middle of the pack Ds most of the time…. look at what Goff did with CAL and the Rams they were both bad before he came for a decade or more and like Cal the Rams will probably head back to the mediocre mess they were before he got there. Goff is a super talented winner .. That is a fact and not some mediocre puppet the lame media wants to make him out to be. He is going to turn Detroit into winners if he is given a decent team. yes he has some with some ugly head scratcher games thrown in there and always has… Holmes knows what he is doing. Best of luck to you young Goff and the appropriately named LIONS..

I hope people dont hate on goff and dan after this season,we have one of if not the toughest schedules in the league considering we arent insane but I think goff will do good especially with our draft picks and hopefully next offseasons we can make some huge signings

Quick question, why do the Lions always have one of the toughest schedules every year? Seems like they say that every year.
The Lions organization seemed never to have that cohesion as a well balanced team for a long time. Some stars yes but not a tightly knit unit which truly makes a winning team. It looks like our new coach wants to build just that.

Hopefully Holmes and Campbell help the young man out and build a team around him. Goff is a young guy. Good attitude and the fans are rooting for you. At the same time I think most fans are rooting for Stafford still too. He definitely was great. However, I think Goff can fulfill his shoes and be a great QB too. Go Lions!

1st Impression of Goff: Likable enough, vanilla personality, but seems to lack the maturity that Matthew had…looks like a Doogie Howser up there at the podium. And that means something w/re to Leadership. Also, from a physical stance, he looks more lanky than he does athletic! Don’t like how he said “oh, I’m pretty tough, too”, but then again, QBs are notoriously competitive against each other, too.
Maybe he’s too happy with that beautiful girlfriend of his, so I will gladly steal her away from him to make him play angry again, since that was when he was best! Yes, I would do that to take one for the team😁
