Our first two games have been difficult how our performance were but we have to be consistent on moving the ball down the field and it was awesome see wil lutz made a 50 or more yard field goal attempt which he don’t miss but it was great seeing him out there but our 2nd team offense and defense gotta close out next week stronger to not make to many mistakes and that field yardage was difficult for the team due to penalties but our defense showed some positive impact but overall disappointed on our effort but we will bounce back

    Saints are gonna be fine. Don’t worry. The Saints lose a lot of preseason games and it’s never reflected their regular season performance. They’re ironing out the kinks right now. I’m sure Book will be let go for a better 3rd option. Dalton is the backup and he has lots of playoff experience in case Winston gets hurt again. WHO DAT?! ⚜️

I’m glad that they gave Book the whole game. Yes, he had a bad game, but with Winston being injury-prone, you don’t want Book, without a snap, hitting the field should Dalton go down early.

I’m a Detroit Lions fan (stop laughing). The reason why I brought this up is because here in NOLA, fans are complaining about the preseason record. Well, I thought you should know this…

The Detroit Lions are the ONLY NFL FRANCHISE to ever post a WINLESS SEASON.

The Lions were 4-0 in the preseason that year. Food for thought.

    The defense is stout; the quarterback just needs to get FIRST DOWNS, not IMMEDIATE TOUCHDOWNS.

    After two games, I see the DEFENSE leading the way; all the quarterback has to do is to avoid turnovers. The quarterback can go “three and punt” and can win games by more than a touchdown.

    @sherman mcclesky yeah Book at this point doesn’t look like an NFL caliber QB be it Starter, backup, or QB#3. He’s a practice squad candidate perhaps for another year, but he needs development & more experience before he can become NFL caliber. This is also why it’s best to have more pro leagues like the CFL/XFL/USFL. This can give guys more playing experience & time to mature. Then, maybe have a shot at getting back into the NFL

    Correction: The OFFICIAL RULING is that the Detroit Lions is the ONLY WINLESS TEAM, under the 16 REGULAR SEASON FORMAT.

    @sherman mcclesky you forgot about the 2017 Browns? They were 0-16 as well. They were undefeated in Preseason going 4-0 but proceeded to finish 0-16 in the regular season exactly like the Lions did in 2008!

Why is such a high emphasis being put on preseason? The Saints don’t win preseason much. It never reflected their regular season performance. This has been true for at least 15 years now.
