Win or lose Steve Wilkes is an improvement over Rhule.There is talent on the roster and he knows it and will do a far better job of coordinating how it is used.

@YungRekless when I mean involvement when talking about Phil Snow, I mean that Snow was closely following Rhule as they are good friends and have been for a while. Rhule even said that he’s never been an HC where Snow wasn’t there with him. Snow has been following Rhule since Baylor, so they’re like a package in Tepper’s eyes since Snow might pick up Rhule’s bad habits later on.
Wilkes got tired of seeing his best cover CB blitzing and best pass rusher being dropped in coverage on 3rd down
21:16 the answer to that question is he has been using an outside strategy where inside strategies should be used. Ie one of Jerry Richardson’s inside strategies was the love for the Carolinas.

Sort of unimpressive by Tepper, but he seems open to learning.
Not going to lie, coming into this season, I really thought we had a winning team. Some might hate on me for that, but on paper, everything looked good, even Baker Mayfield (giving him the benefit of the doubt). I mean, CMC, DJ, Robby, TMJ, Icky (and the entire Oline technically), and then the Chinn, Horn, Burns, DB, Luvu, like, all around I was not expecting a SB Run, but at least maybe a wildcard, or a game or two away from making the playoffs. The 1-4 start just sucks, and most of us just ran out of excuses and pointing the finger. Best of luck moving forward to Matt, but for now, let’s get back to Panther football. #KeepPounding
You and my brother are both just “glass half full” fans. I knew the Panthers were gonna be a 7 win team at best. These guys traded away draft picks for Sam Darnold and Baker Mayfield. They gotta tear it all down. Trade McCaffrey for another first, tank for the #1 overall and hire a respected head coach.
There’s talent on the roster on both sides but with the QB play this season if the opponent scores 20 the games over .. imo drafting Young or Stroud and develop them while also continue to improve the offensive line should be the focus
