Don’t ever pay a RB too much unless they are Payton/Sanders level.

Monty runs with the same violent intensity that Payton ran with. His skillset is decent but its his heart that makes him a top back. Love the guy.
He gets stronger through a game and is already a hard tackle and harder in the later quarters. If we compete in games or win more than expected he’ll big a reason why. He’s a special back and hope this regime realizes that
