Reichs leadership as HC needs to be questioned. He may very well be a good OC, but I see a team that lacks accountability and that lack comes from the HC. A players style coach is good for positions, but HC needs to hold his team accountable for actions and demand higher standard of play.
He’s lost the Colts multiple games bc of going on 4th instead of getting the FG he one of those analytics guys which I think is unreliable in the NFL compared to MLB and NBA analytics.
@Conspiracy Theory I agree with you about analytics and game management, but my thing I think he’s not demanding as a leader enough to his players. Constant pressure of high standards creates winning achievements. The lack of in game and half time adjustments, whether it be scheme it players or both, shows lack of direction from leadership. Great Players want and respond to great leadership, not great friendship. Frank has a taccid approval style I just don’t care for. And that players coach friendly style shows in their game of play

im a big colts fan and yes i know we are 1-9 on season openers in the last 10 years but this was just an inexcusable loss (secondary to blame). losing to a team that we thought was tanking is bad sign to me
