    @ms t Falcons have been an awful 2nd half team for years. We all can see now that Shanahan was the reason we got to the SB. Quinn needs to go. He’s supposed to be the defensive genius yet the Falcons haven’t mounted a decent defense since he’s been there.

    True. Must blame Dimitroff too. Has made terrible draft choices or non choices ( V. Beasley, J. Collins, R. Hageman are a few bad ones. A. Donald, TJ Watt and X. McKinney are missed opportunities) Even K. Neal, T McKinley, I. Oliver, Matthews and Lindstrom were reaches, simply drafted too high. They have both passed on would be outstanding players because “they didn’t fit the scheme”? Now have some mediocre players they expect to overachieve and ones with great potential but the staff doesn’t know how to maximize the talent and properly utilize them.

What the hell is Quinn talking about when explaining the onside kick?….if he or his players were paying ANY attention it was not hard to see the Dallas kicker chose not to use a tee…..so in that case there was absolutely no way the ball could take a high bounce or any bounces….the plan for Dallas was to have the ball squib on the ground and maybe move in an awkward direction…..having known that the players on the front line should have known to grab the ball immediately once they felt comfortable in doing so before the ball traveled 10 yards…….his comments duing this press conference clearly displays he and his players were not paying attention to detail……Quinn needs to be fired immediately
