To have pride you need to have have done something in the past 3 years. This is a very young team. So overcoming adversity builds Pride. And what ever the team has showed us in the past can build Pride. You start a new this week. Indian we are a young team and I can put Pride to decide and say that I know this team will be better next year
Every team goes thru transition when your 18 yr franchise qb retires. We will climb out of this in time. I think we need another coach, not gonna happen unless we just dont get better, but Tomlin was greatly outcoached by Belichek when we had teams that shoulda been winning superbowls. Look how he is doin post number 7.

Until Tomlin is fired we will never be the Franchise we should be. We are so locked in to mumbling Mike Tomlin because he’s a black man we fail to see the long term trend of mediocrity. I’m not against black coaches in the NFL at all. I’m just against keeping coaches based on their race. The Rooney Rule is fine but it wasn’t designed to ensure mediocrity and complacency in the name of diversity.
