This team needs to do better
Jonathan Taylor can’t do everything for our Offense. I know Wentz has the ability to be great, but definitely didn’t show it today.
No practice reps hurt him but it’s not an excuse. He has to play better. I can tell you right now, Wentz doesn’t trust our pass blocking O-line. It’s not good. Below average. Give him another second to throw and he will start carving up dudes. Our pass blocking and lack of pass rush will be our downfall in the playoffs(when we get there). We still have to beat Jacksonville. And if we don’t blow them out then it’s not a great win imo. Look what Pats did to them. We should be able to do that or better, score 70 points lol. So, our lack of rush and protection needs revamped in offseason.
@Christopher Pooler well why don’t we use the pass in play action instead of going 5 wide ? He holds the ball longer than 2.5sec which tells me we shouldn’t be putting the pass game ahead of the run game
We need to be better if we are going to advance in the playoffs

@Oohhse Da God we want the Chiefs. We went into Arrowhead with a worse team and beat them 19-13 with Jacoby Brissett. So this team has already done it. They can do it again. Wentz will be ok. He will be back to practice and have his reps. He’s a QB that needs those reps. It’s not an excuse but Js. We can and will beat the Chiefs. I mean nobody is mentioning the fact Bucs basically got beat by Jets lol

Why did you start him when he didn’t practice at all. This was a lost when he was put in the game without practicing. You had a game plan and then just threw Wentz into this game. The way he played you could’ve just played the backup like the plan was.
That wide open miss to TY killed me 😩

Yes! I literally put myself in this position when I watch Wentz. For at least the past 6 weeks, I have to turn it off and go breathe somewhere

With no reps of practice, yeah ideally you’d hope your quarterback can get right in there and get a win, but he’s not Aaron Rodgers. Use one of our backups if he’s not ready to go. Offensive passing game looks like a charity case for Carson. He’s the only part of the offense that isn’t playoff ready! Had to vent.
Raiders won because they played hard for John Madden. I still think the Colts are a better team. Congratulations to Raiders fans and I think you do deserve to be in the playoffs.

This was a “how much training u put up for this game will pay off” kind of game for Wentz. And obviously he didnt train enough, the outcome couldve changed for the better. But we gotta be healthy and get a dub next week
Wentz is never going to be that guy. Reich ALWAYS leans heavy on Wentz when he should be feeding Taylor.
And this is the truth no one wants to talk about. If we lose it will be Frank’s fault for not finding a way to dominate with the run game and trusting a mediocre, inconsistent player in big time situations
