Every game has been close and there’s plenty of blame to go around. But I see a lot of potential here. More than ever And not just because technically it’s All we got, but I’ll say it again, there is a lot of potential here. A few plays away and a few bad calls and there’s still a lot of football left Guy’s 🤔 We knew we would have a lot to learn with getting an entirely new coaching staff and system. Looking at the donkeys 🤔 they too started over and are 2-1 and that could have easily been us. We got this donkeys game coming and I smell a Win… Let’s Go RRRRRAAAAAAIIIIDDDEEERRRRRRRRRSSSS 💯🔥🙌🏽

Such a beautiful training facility too bad we end up with the Head coaches from the bottom of the barrel.

I want to wait to judge till the final product. Clearly chemistry issues. Chiefs, Bills, Ravens, Buccaneers those big market teams all took time to grow chemistry. They weren’t instantly good. Great teams are built to last long unlike the Rams.

Josh Jacobs averaging 5.1 yards a carry,also a way to let the offensive line gain confidence pound the rock,and it will open up everything else.

There’s really no more left to say if the Raiders don’t win this Sunday.

I knew it!!!
I knew that the players would have this players only meeting. this is what was required to fully realize their potential!!!
Obviously it hasn’t been looking too good, has it?
but all it takes is a victory this weekend at Allegiant Stadium over the Broncos, and then a huge victory over the Chiefs and that’s 2 wins in a row!!!
Then, McDan-Zeigler-Graham need to make a couple of trades and/or acquisitions during the bye week for both sides of the trenches and possibly for the secondary as well, then install more of the Offensive & Defensive Playbooks, and come out of the bye week firing on all cylinders in every aspect of the game… and then we might just end up going from worst in the NFL at 0-3 to 1st in the AFC West Division and possibly 1st or 2nd in the AFC Conference !!! !!! !!!
AND once we start winning, we will have gotten the bad taste out, but the combination of the memory that – Just Winning Baby – won’t be good enough & that THEY HAVE TO Win & CONTINUE TO BECOME & BE = WAY BETTER THAN THEY WERE THE WEEK BEFORE = in order to have a shot at MORE THAN JUST A PLAYOFF BIRTH & MAYBE A WIN OR 2, BUT TO ACTUALLY HAVE THE TEAM PERFORMING AT A SUPERBOWL CHAMPION LEVEL… the coaching staff must be more self aware within the game itself, and finally riding the momentum and good feeling of winning, might just be enough to push this team over the top and win it all, but it all starts right now!!!!!!!!!

The Players Only Team Meeting that happened TODAY after yesterday’s Best Practice to Date. The Team United the Raiders Players as a Team!!!
A Team that is United in Solidarity and it was a Players Only Meeting last season that turned the season around after such an impressive start… they know that it’s in them, it’s just a matter of playing as a team.
the fact is that, as absolutely horribly as they played, they were 1 play away from being 3-0!!!
that’s how good they are!!! the average team that has played as badly and made as many mistakes because of lack of discipline, direction and intensity/urgency/will-to-win, both individually and as a team!!! All together the average team would have lost all 3 games 50-0 and would likely go 0-17!!! That is not this team!!!
I agree a dominant, imposing, and elite MLB is exactly what we’ve been missing, BUT SO IS A DOMINANT DT!!! WE HAVEN’T DRAFTED A DT IN THE 1ST ROUND SINCE 1997 = DARRELL RUSSELL = PICKED 17TH OVERALL AND WAS A GREAT PRESENCE IN GRUDEN’S 1ST COACHING STINT AS THE RAIDERS HC… IMAGINE IF WE HAD DRAFTED DEVON (not Dana = the UFC promoter) WHITE, CHRISTIAN BARMORE & MICAH PARSONS…
the Raiders Defense would be an Elite Defensive Team that would make it easy for the Raiders Offense to only need to be average and they would be Superbowl Contenders!!!
I wanted the Raiders to first Draft, and then actually Sign Leonard Williams, so freaking bad!!! Historically, every great Defense is strong up the middle, yes MLB, and a DT, but also a Safety!!!
LOGICALLY… the middle of the field is the most important to protect!!! the middle of the field has the most room to position your Players with the option to go left or right to force the defense to have to defend both sides of the field as the blockers and ball carriers have the most room to work…
the middle is where the ball is snapped = location of where the play starts, therefore the shortest distance between 2 points = 1 the Line of Scrimmage 2 the ENDZONE!!! Outside of the Hashmarks, the Out-of-Bounds Line is the perimeter defender’s = EXTRA Defender… Yes, The effectiveness of the Vertical Passing Game exploits the weakness of teams that are strong up the middle, but not as strong on the perimeter, but the advantage still goes to the defense, however, if…, all things being equal game in a game of protecting geographic location on the game field, like chess, although chess has a moving target, the fundamental first strategic priority is to CONTROL THE MIDDLE OF THE CHESS BOARD… a necessity in order to have the advantage in the game… obviously making it more likely to win the game.
now that Hollins proved that he is the explosive threat that must be given at least 3 deep passes per game… Adams now able to strategy to attack the 3×short to 3×intermediate to 3×medium-deep levels of the defense, and if successful on each level, 3×DEEP… earning the latter, Adams faces brackets, therefore they can’t attack individual match-ups except for sight adjusted routes attacking the weaker link and vulnerable area based on the bracket’s positioning … Waller should be used to clear out natural rub routes for Adams 3×, 3×vice versa, 3×double move routes on LBs… balance by staying dedicated to the run and having success, play-action deep to Hollins after establishing run, then spreads the defense opening the middle of the field, something that wasn’t happening consistently until now, the Raiders Offense quickly becomes more explosive and constantly moving the ball down the field, with the explosive element making larger gaps to exploit in the defense, leading to long scoring plays by skill players quickly and aggressively attacking the gaps creating more explosive scoring plays, which makes balance furthermore unstoppable, the Raiders Offense’s success makes defense that much easier, leading to championship complimentary football…
