@Charles Razo nah man. 99-02 was good and 2016 was too. Even 2015 with the 7 wins they had 5 games they lost by 3 points or less. Carr actually had his best year in 2015. Threw the most TD’s he’s ever thrown and that was with a brand new OC so I expect great things from here out.
Our oline is trash right now with no depth , but that should change in the next 2 weeks if not we won’t be able to compete in our division or league

The line concerns me, but I’ve faith the coaches will adjust and execute a plan.
Depth on O line is overlooked in the league. I’m hoping Mumford can hold up that RT if Eleumonor goes down.

Right. Already this new regime isn’t taking any crap! You get treated how you play no matter what your draft position was. Think about it. The new regime’s 7th round pick beat out last years regime’s first round pick! Lmao
I’m impressed with how true they’ve stayed to their process. They won’t keep someone just because they think they might develop into a role player or hopefully a starter. If they don’t have a plan for them to quickly develop and be ready to play at some point this season, then they won’t hesitate to let them go and although it certainly must bother them to still have to pay them after cutting them, that won’t stop them from cutting them because it would mean that a player that they do think can help the team would have their spot on the 53 man roster taken up by a player that would be a hindrance to the team. If they were starting from scratch and a year or two away from fielding a contender, it would be a different story, but since the Raiders are in win now mode, there is simply no point in keeping players that they simply can’t rely upon in the immediate future.
Finally got a group of professionals in the organization. What a relief- the BS era is OVER!

I like how Josh is handling these media questions. Pretty honest and straight forward, no nonsense. As for roster cut, I think they should have kept LW and Mullens. Put LW as backup guard and give Mullens time to heal. He’s a starting caliber CB and we pretty much gave him away for free.

On the radio Q said he woulda had to go on season ending IR so he would be paid to do nothing and then he’s gonna take the bag from whoever will pay the most.
@James White cracks me up how Mullen gets hurt last year and people forget the first 2 years he played every single game with us and in 2020 was the best press coverage corner in the NFL. Just Mockingbirds regurgitating the ignorance of others exactly like them.

Other than Bill Belechek, there is no other battled tested coach in the NFL who has been in the fire at the highest level and won. Now he’s our coach and I’m stoked.
