Mark should have kept the coaching staff from last year. That team had confidence and grit. They have none of that this year and it starts with coaching. Some games they start good and get cocky and let the game get away and other games like this week they don’t show up at all. Mark needs to cut his losses and fire this fool and try again next year. Maybe tear the team down and start over
No, he shouldn’t had. That staff were good at the rallying of the team but we literally got lucky with so many covid and injuries to other teams that we got the chance to run into the playoffs. Also they wouldnt of been bold enough to make a move to get Adams like this new staff did. JMD needs to let his players just play football and stop with all this complicated mess so early

We have to be patient! The Raiders have had subpar talent for years! I’ve been a fan since 1975 I’ve seen how it’s supposed to look. We have real Football people in place let them get the players that fit their schemes. Win Lose Or Tie Raider Till I Die! Go Raiders!

No one expects it overnight and saying it’s difficult in this modern NFL is like calling Jack Tatum a good tackler. But at same time the fact that we’re going backwards instead of forwards just conjures up too many memories. How many coaches, how many QB’s, how many track star receivers, how many misfires under late stage Al Davis!? How many misgivings to the Oakland fanbase? the LA fanbase? And now we have YET ANOTHER REGIME CHANGE taking it backward? Patience is a virtue only if it ultimately leads to winning, not 4 more seasons of mediocrity and BS excuse filled press conferences.
10-7 last year, made the playoffs and finished the RS with a 4 game win streak. The new regime needed to BUILD on that. Fill where we had holes, tweak what was out of tune and above all, do no harm. Instead they flew in high on their own supply believing all they needed to do was grace the team with their giant genius boy egos. Well, so much for that.
Raiders fans stop the BS, until the Raiders stop Mark Davis from hiring bad HC’s and GM’s, the Raiders will remain an average team. How many times do the players need to learn yet another system installed by yet another crappy HC ? How many high draft picks will be thrown away by incompetent GM’s who should never have been hired in the first place. Davis needs to walk away from making any football decisions as he has proven for a decade that he doesn’t have what it takes to run a sports franchise.

I don’t want to hear that nonsense about “take what the defense gives you” BS! Diggs, Kupp, Jefferson, all the Bengal WR’s, DK, Hill, Waddle, and all the other top WR’s get their targets and gets open! You have to do what works best for Adams and Renfrow and get them ball! Screw your play designs! Put Adams in motion more, put Renfrow in motion more, and then do more dummy routes! Do something because Adams having under 50 yards in 3 games already is absolutely unacceptable! Give Carr quick routes and to where he can get the ball out of his hands quickly! That’s where he shines the most!
Sign a Speedster reciever to go along wit Adams and everything will open up.. and PLEASE SIGN AT DT AND DE…
Clearly something wrong with McDaniels. He doesn’t even seem like he thinks anything is wrong no urgency. And he dismissed Mick lombardi saying the players needed someone to hype them like rich would have done. Instead he says its the nfl they should know that might be true but sometimes you gotta rally the team. You can tell most the team dont really like McDaniels.

Notice how everything is about player execution? Nothing about game planning, the consequences of making experienced pros strictly adhere to his playbook, nothing about a lack of recognizing the need to make game time adjustments quickly, controlling the tempo. All he’s got is; “the players need to execute my genius boy playbook better” This is f@(#!ng stupid.

John Madden inherited a Raider playoff team, kept them in playoffs his first season, and stayed there for nearly every following season. He won a Super Bowl. He’s in HOF. Also he worked in media for a number of years and had a few other off-field successes. John Madden is a Raider. A Raider coach who coached to win and the teams then were fun, football fun but still fun nonetheless.
