one season it turned out that the Raiders first opponent had spent the entire preseason preparing for the Raiders, unlike what everybody else was doing: evaluating their team..and the Raiders got beat so bad in the opener that season..

Who’s the talent? I’ll say Maxx is. Who else? Is Adams great or was that mostly Aaron? No talent on O line. Outside Maxx none on D line. No talent with safeties or corners. Tight ends? Waller started trending down two years ago. Quarterback? Carr is crap. Linebackers? Perryman is ok at best, nobody else has talent. I guess our kickers are talented but Bfd. So where’s all this talent you and other delusional fans say is there? I’ll wait.

Defense needs major help here. Play calling on Offense is horrendous! 3rd and 17, let’s throw a 2 yd pass and see what happens.. Most potent receiver squad in NFL.. We just use some of them some of the time.. wouldn’t want to confuse the other teams defense! This coaching staff is not the answer!
Graham is just admitting he’s getting out schemed every game and has no clue how to adapt week in and week out. Defensively this team hasn’t made a single adjustment since week 1 and opposing teams clearly watch the tape and repeatedly expose this dude.
These coaches are lost, and it starts with McDaniels. They came in at the beginning with a mindset to impose their will and have miserably failed, they have no genuine idea how to fix it. There is no wonder we see no in-game changes. All they know is their scheme.

We should have never hired these coaches they got fired for a reason and isn’t ironic that the Giants and bear’s doing better without them!! The fact these coaches got so much talent on the team and can’t produce says it all SAD!

I acknowledge that I don’t REALLY know what is going on in the locker room, the board room, or on the sidelines within the raiders organization, but….. to me and most of Raider Nation, this team is about culture. I felt like Coach Bisaccia and the coaching cadre from last season represented the Raiders organization much better than the new cadre. Coach Bisaccia clearly cared about his players and the team, and he stepped up in a big way to fill the void under less than ideal circumstances. He showed grit, and that’s what the Raiders are all about. Also, Coach Bisaccia didn’t get cute with play calling when it wasn’t necessary. It seems like Josh McDaniels has something to prove, which leads him to call unnecessarily complicated “trick” plays when a running play or a post route will get the first down.
Any kid with Madden could get across the 50 yard line with our roster vs the 2-5 Saints.
This team is loaded with talent.

@sickChevycolorado With this coaching staff, hardly anybody. If Gruden was still coach, this team would have 5 or 6 wins. If Jack Del Rio was coach… probably 4 or 5. With Josh McDumpster, we’re gonna be terrible. Remember what he did to the Broncos. They went from a playoff team to utter garbage for 4 years.
