They do , the offense is suspect thO and that doesn’t help they’re chances. Hopefully everyone stays healthy!!! let’s not start beating our chests , there is a lot of football left,, and there was some vulnerable moments .. don’t get me wrong I want to see it play out the way your envisioning it…
I’m one of those fans that witnessed the start of the dynasty and the 1-15 season before they’re superstardom and have been waiting 26 years for another championship

Kept the penalties to a minimum, and didn’t F up the clock. Good job Mike, things might be looking up.
@Avery I’m well aware of those infractions. So you would prefer they have 4 or 5 more of those because they’re quite capable.
@Art Vanderlay What gives you the impression that I would prefer more 4th down infractions when I stated that 4th down infractions are unacceptable? They could’ve played worse is no excuse. The game should’ve been out of reach for Joe Burrow based on the way they played. Penalties still kept the Bengals in the game and the defense on the field.
@Avery The point is penalties are a part of football just like missed tackles, INT, and other mental errors that fans may not be aware of. Teams have to overcome these errors if they want to win games. Rarely is a team going to go through a game without penalties, and the teams with the lowest are in the 4-5 range which can reasonably be overcome. The 10 to 15 the Cowboys have been averaging up until yesterday is not sustainable and you will not win.
@Art Vanderlay With this offense, penalties on defense are not going to get us the division, especially when the Eagles look like they’ll be able to run all over us.

Bengals only have good defense on the ground they have Eli Apple starting for the Bengals FFS one of the worst CBs in the league

Congrats to Mike McCarthy on getting the team ready for today…great start and they hung on tough. Nice to see the wonderful tackle by the interception champ.
Defense is great. Only thing they need to improve is get better at stopping the run. Overall a great win no matter how it turned out. Great confidence in Cooper rush. Credit to Bret maher for making the game winning 50 yard field goal. That is a confidence builder for him and the team. Go cowboys!

Really good to see them get the win,but they still have serious issues. If the offense continues to keep that defense on the field as much as they are,guys are going to start wearing out,as evidenced in this game. It’s an issue,as is Moore’s dumbo calls like that pitch out to Zeke. You simply will NOT get away doing that type of stuff later on. High notes for me are we finally got a kicker and that Micah is a one man nightmare for any linemen period,and that Diggs has become a better tackler than last year.
