Gruden is starting to prove all the nay-sayers wrong… the people who believed that he was more of a media personality than a great head coach. To me his only significant weakness was evaluating talent. But now that Mayock is on board look out. With Mayock’s eye for talent, Gruden’s ability to coach and be a teacher, and Mark Davis’ ability to not ruin everything (like a lot of owners) the sky (especially with the new stadium) is the limit!
They say it was Dungy’s team he won with but never mention it was his team they played against in the Super Bowl, Gruden had the Raiders competitive for year’s the man can coach

Rodney Jackson I always thought if Gruden was coaching the Raiders that year, they would be wearing that ring instead of the Bucs. He practically gave the Bucs defense the Raiders playbook.
