@Darrell Canady that draft was horrible. Kolton Miller was the only good pick but the rest were/are busts. Pj hall, Brandon Parker, Arden Key, Hurst, Townsend, some linebacker and nick nelson all busts. And hurst was a 5th rnd pick. That draft there were many players i wanted them to draft but on defense i wanted Darrius Leonard and Derwin James. We couldve had our S and LB of the future with those picks. At that time i didnt want kolton miller i was mad. Who the hell was pj hall? Lol key is average with the Raiders, he was a beast in college.

Or we coulda snagged S Jessie Bates, CB Donte Jackson or CB Carlton Davis. In the third instead of Brandon Parker we could have gotten S Justin Reid, OLB Fred Warner, or OLB Jerome Baker…all guys I wanted. Yet the raiders skipped out on…That would helped solidify are crappy secondary 😤 it’s drafts like that is why we suck and will continue to suck.

That because Jon let a best friend burn him by trusting him with the defense, but those days are gone. Hopefully for the better

@unknown yes Gruden took over a 6-10 club & has taken us all the way to a grand total of 2 wins more after 3 yrs. I’m a huge fan of Chucky but the game clearly passed him by. His RZ play calling is atrocious. As for who to hire, that’s up to Mayock. I trust him to find the best candidate available. Unlike most of you bozos & clowns I don’t accept mediocrity. Been there & done that. And I’m aware that it’s a process but we’ve seen what Chucky brings after 3 yrs, mediocrity & blowout losses.

@Mike Gruden has a bigger window expectation because Mark loves the guy. Mayock aint making any decision on head coaching, thats on Mark.

This year, what was the issue was the defensive side. Yeah the offensive play calling was questionable in certain games but this team was top 10 in pts per game because of gruden.

I’d say gruden will officially be in the hot seat in year 5 with a new dc established after 2 years if things don’t change. Whoever they hire this off-season to take over the defensive side will be the final puzzle piece to push us into the playoffs or just show who truly is the incompetent one in Las Vegas.

But at this moment, to call for grudens head makes no sense whatsoever as there are no top head coaches available. Also, would make carr learn his 4th offensive scheme in 6 years. Unless you want to get rid of carr too, which I wouldnt be surprised majority of you dudes want regardless of how well he played this season.

Mark aint allowing none of this to happen this season. Not like gruden is gase, Lynn or patricia. You guys are acting like gruden was at their level.

@ladiges9 Agreed…. also perfect comparison Stafford, Ryan, I don’t know about Rivers he’s an interception machine. Honestly I’m glad that we have a good gunslinger QB as apposed to a Lamar Jackson who can’t throw to save his life (how embarrassing)…. that’s why he gets ridiculed in the playoffs. If Eli Manning can win 2 super bowls then DC can definitely win us 1…. we just need the defense and coaches…. the offense is already there.

Watch the games instead of just the box score, obviously we’re built to be a run first team. Carr’s role is to be an accurate passer and protect the football, as well as complete downfield throws when the coverage allows it. Carr has done nothing but put us in positions to win, with a league average defense we probably go 11-5.

We been playing with second string and even third string players they were middle of the pack imagine what he’d do with legitimate starters tom cables a good coach just been misfortunate with injuries
