We need serious changes after this season

    king shark

    Very serious

    Nope

    Itโ€™s long overdue

    Rusty Shackelford

Like a new HC, OC & possibly a starting QB? Yeah, you’ve got that right!

    Gerald Longmire

    Yes we do

    MarloSoBalJr (Gaming)

@Rusty Shackelford After Martindale was unexpectedly “let go” that was the nail in the coffin for me with this current group.
I have no expectations; couldn’t care less what happens. Just as long as we don’t get embarrassed on national TV

Dante Ben

Very dejecting loss. Seriously canโ€™t believe it was this bad.

    I, too!

@Dante Ben the playoffs are guaranteed appearances. This is just for the division.

    ร˜.G DeRrIcK

@I, too! U think this team can win a playoff game boy wtf is wrong with u๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    cj stats

@Dante Ben We been winning with a back up qb and other injuries that will be back for the playoffs. What are you talking about?

    Brian Giardina

@I, too! this team is only in the playoffs because we got to play the nfc south letโ€™s be real here

    Aruba Robinson

@Brian Giardinawho else are we supposed to be playing? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

    The stupidest comment

Jacob Watson

Someone needs to be honest with Harbaugh and tell him that this is the last season he’ll be the Ravens coach.

    Frank Reynolds

BENCH HUNTLEY. START ANTHONY BROWN. TRADE LAMAR. FIRE ROMAN.

    Nope

Sadly it wonโ€™t. Shouldโ€™ve been fired years ago but he keeps getting multi-year contracts

    unknown trapper 23

We in the playoffs fire Greg. Defense playing fine. It’s the offense

    Rowland Buck

As a Steelers fan I donโ€™t understand this.

If he has a failing itโ€™s selecting QBs that start their career running better than they pass. You need athletic QBs, but they should still start out passing better than they run.

    damon robinson

Right they can run a spread and still take advantage of lamars running but let him pass first they fucked up his image for real they think heโ€™s a runner when really heโ€™s a spread an look at his college play

Pencil mill

Need Calais Campbell back big time. Run defense was terrible and pass rush wasnโ€™t good enough either

    Rowland Buck

Harris was good more than the run defense was bad. Harris was bullying would be tacklers like his rookie season again. The run coverage was very good. Harris was just balling again.

    Pencil mill

@Rowland Buck so if heโ€™s bullying would be tacklers then how is that not bad run defense? That doesnโ€™t make sense

    K Love

If your run stop hinges on a 36 year old player your in trouble

    Pencil mill

@K Love not really since heโ€™s still good and they were top 3 run defense with him so na

RavensTheNextDynasty

6 losses
4 double digit leads
1 9 point lead

    Rowland Buck

Well, the refs did gift wrap the Ravens first Td.

Rusty Shackelford

Fire Roman now and if the Ravens get knocked out of the playoffs early again, then fire Harbaugh too!

Pencil mill

Same problems all season. Predictable offense that canโ€™t score, and defense canโ€™t make a stop in crunch time

    MarloSoBalJr (Gaming)

@cc 10 fluke wins. This team is not good. That record is a mirage and only a microcosm of the past 3 years

    kevt78

@cc Lol ๐Ÿ˜†! I have a good idea of what’s going to happen I’ve seen this movie before

    kevt78

@cc it’s not hard to figure out, it’s the running game or nothing with this coaching staff and it’s not 1990 no more

    Derrick luv

Stop blaming the defense because it’s not their fault. The offense sucks with the passing game. This run 1st bulls*** is not working , it hasn’t been working for year’s.

    Pencil mill

@Derrick luv itโ€™s all their fault. They are trash

Donie Caldwell

Wow he finally called out the offensive coordinator

    Soulful Waves

It’s one of those things were you can’t feel how you want to feel because it took so long. Lol. This playoff run is gonna be funky if they can’t get it done next week. ๐Ÿ˜ซ

Teremaa91

Greg Roman needs to goโ€ฆ

This isnโ€™t on the defense. Defense held steelers to 16 and offense scored 0 points in the 2nd half – SMDH

DEAR RAVENS FRONT OFFICE, SORT THIS OUT NOW!!!

James Parker

I can NOT believe John is going to say the defense needs to do better!!!!! What about the play calling and Greg Roman!!

    Jonathan Alston

    He called him out too

    Shawn Kemp

    G Ro trash

Vic Hatchett

It’s really been hard to watch Baltimore play the last few weeks

    HITSTICK Gang

    You mean all season

    Nope

    For the past 9 years

    Greg Banks

    Trash

    Greg Banks

@Nope expect the first year Lamar one mvp after that doooookie

    Silver Fox

@Greg BanksMVP is an individual award. Pretty sure theyโ€™d love the Lombardi better.

Rowland Buck

Ravens defense played well. Steelers offense finally looked like it could be on paper and made very athletic plays to win. Remember, the Steelers OC Matt Canada is already gone at the end of the season.

    Darren Torain

    Not really

    Now I know

Who cares, we only care about the Ravens ๐Ÿ’€

William Stalvey

Somebody needs to hold this sorry offense accountable, Ravens have lost several games by getting Complacent…giving up leads etc…..the Coach is a great guy, is he too nice?

    Shawn Kemp

I agree the offense is trash. They went and got weapons not to use them. Huntley act like it’s super glue on the ball or something scared to throw. Bench him bring in Jr

Black Albertan

As disappointed as I am, I’m sure this is the path we need to take. If we beat the steelers & bengals without 8 then the brass believes they don’t have to pay him. We’re in the playoffs because of him & we can only go far in the playoffs because of him.

    Rusty Shackelford

@Frank Reynolds …Anthony Brown? C’mon man! Josh Allen is a beast and unlike Jackson, he’s improving…progressing, not regressing.
I said a “Josh Allen type”, not “another Josh Allen”. There is a significant difference. Allen can run, but yet he’s not considered a “running QB”, like Jackson is. He runs when he has to, or it makes sense. Jackson runs (and used to a lot more), because he is a single read, check down/run second QB. He audibles poorly (if at all). Jackson is indecisive and holds the ball so long, that it becomes run or take the sack for a loss. Jackson’s game has been figured out by the league. They just seal the edge, blitz and spy max cover on passing downs. That’s a fact.
It seems some people overlook flaws in Jackson’s game purposely. As if they’re determined not to see his shortcomings.
A big, smart, accurate, mobile, durable, motivated, progressing type of Quarterback is what the Ravens need. Jackson &the Ravens had their best shot in 2019. After that, it’s been less effective and predictable.
I think the Ravens might (rightly) franchise tag Jackson in 2023 and try and draft a “Josh Allen type QB” in ’23-’24.
They’d be wise to do so.

    “Rise & Conquer Ravens!”

    Frank Reynolds

@Rusty Shackelford He has accuracy issues. He’s not some clueless walk-on on the street like you purport him to be. Greg Roman has to go and the playbook has to open to give any QB on the Ravens a shot. You’re making Josh Allen out to be leagues above Lamar which is egregious and untrue. Either Lamar or Greg or both goes unless he’s wants to continue wasting his years on the Ravens with Roman at the helm. Again, Josh Allen would come down to earth real fast on this team.

    Frank Reynolds

@Rusty Shackelford I do agree he’s way over his head turning down 160-180 guaranteed and is in for a rude awakening when teams refuse to match or up that offer.

    Rusty Shackelford

@Frank Reynolds …”he’s not some walk-on on the street like you purport him to be”? Is pointing out obvious flaws in Jackson’s game now equated to calling him a “walk- on on the street”? I didn’t make it personal about Jackson. He’s regressing, he’s becoming injury prone, he isn’t cerebral, he panics, he’s often inaccurate and he can’t read defenses well (to then audible a suitable play).
I think you’re too personally enamored with Jackson. I’m not saying Allen is a perfect QB. He just shows progressive IMPROVEMENT! Just like Mahomes does, like Jalen Hurts has.
Lamar Jackson has shown the opposite in the last couple of years. His game is getting smaller. He’s not that Dynamo from 2019.
If you want to keep trying to refute my position, I think it’s likely your pride at this point and not your common sense.

    K Kitchens

@Rusty Shackelford The players you listed were given additional pieces that were paid for by their team to help support the QBs. They initially thought Allen was a bust. The teams also paid their QBs in their rookie deal (except Hurts who will be extended this year). These players were afforded proven wrs & all-pro o lines & defenses & not a bunch of draft picks (some injured/injury prone) & expect the QBs to carry the team. The only consistent receiver has been Andrewโ€™s who himself has not been himself. If Lamar has regressed, itโ€™s the Ravens fault and their negligence. Every other team but the Ravens have gotten their franchise QBs help & hired them good OC & head coaches that helped with the QBs progression. Ravens have run the wheels off of Lamar. As far as injuries,, QBs have suffered a lot more serious injuries than Lamar & have gone on to get support from their team & lasted years in the NFL. The Ravens are not keeping pace with the leagueโ€™s progression, not Lamar. Common sense will tell you that Lamar canโ€™t do it by himself. Ravens rarely keep &/or properly use the all-pro talents that they have. And they definitely donโ€™t pay any proven FA with the exception of the defense (which is inconsistent and suspect). Bengals, Browns, & Steelers all are doing a better job of recruiting & developing its players. Lamarโ€™s talents had just been covering all of the Ravens flaws & missteps.

Black Albertan

It would have been an HONOR to officially get Tomlin his first losing season. We could have been the team to do it. Harbaugh needs to go. Even if the ravens turn it a around and go on to win the SB, I stll maintain that Harbaugh needs to go.

Joseph Jenkins

We keep hearing the same excuses for this offense every week. It’s getting old. GRO gotta go.

Shang Tsung

Imagine this team had Bateman and Devin Duvernay

MarloSoBalJr (Gaming)

Been saying it since 2016; I held my tongue in 2019 but Martindale being X-ed was my tipping point.
This team is lost. Unless Harbs is willing to step down, he has to go. Roman along with him.

I have no expectations so maybe I’d be proven wrong

John Perez

As a steelers fan, gotta respect this manโ€™s positivity, couldnโ€™t have answered these questions any better honestly. Still in the playoffs and still fighting for the division. Good game Clark

TheTattedPilot

Wat did Patrick Queen say last week? โ€œIdk why they flexed the gameโ€ ๐Ÿคก
