@Don’t SSleep Absolutely. 100%. He has built the roster over 4 years and added game changing talent. Franchise QBs don’t grow on trees. He doesn’t get enough credit from some. Andrew Luck retires. The backup is thrust in the starting role, and did not do well. He goes after a veteran and he played pretty well given the circumstances. This next year, we don’t know what they are going to do. But at this point, I give him the benefit of the doubt as he’s built the roster outside of QB in great ways. Mistakes happen, and draft whiffs happen. But there have been MANY gems. Nelson, Leonard, Mack (before injury), Walker, Smith, Hines, Pittman, signing Pascal, trading for Buckner, Taylor, Blackmon, Okereke. I can list more, but you get the point.
Lot of questions this off-season but I trust in ballard
Always one of the best interviews. Ballard does not hold back on speaking about the past, present or future with this franchise. If a player does not meet the standard of play or if something irks him, he wont be afraid to say it.

What has Stafford ever done in his career to say that he’s going to elevate the Colts over what Rivers? There isn’t a single QB out reasonably attainable that is an upgrade over Rivers.
If the mindset is “Win Now” then Rivers is the obvious answer. If not then Colts should get Minshew or Darnold for cheap and let them battle with Eason.
People need to quit sleeping on Gardner Minshew. He had maybe the best game of ANY QB vs the Colts last season and Minshew has 37 TDs/ only 11 INTs on the horrible Jags.
