Give Staley some time to build this team. He has it going in the right direction. The bigger issue is how much TT will listen to Staley and draft correctly. Very little faith in TT or Spanos. Lots of faith in Herbert and Staley. Lombardi has to improve his play calling dramatically or Staley has to get comfortable vetoing his calls.
CJ at least you have some faith in TT & Spanos. I have absolutely none.
TT has drafted well but made terrible HC hirings leading up to Staley.
How much talent is enough to overcome stalys bad coaching decisions? 6 pro bowlers was not enough maybe 8 or 9 will do it.

I believe the new culture of the Chargers is moving in the right direction. This season feeds the pressure to move the team forward and perform better in 2022. Getting into the playoffs next season is THE expectation, nothing less. We all know the cliche’ weaknesses, so PLEASE fix them. A championship, Super Bowl caliper team is on the horizon, PLEASE don’t waste Justin’s gift of being a STUD QB! Continue to win and play championship football and watch the fan base grow. BOLT UP!
Can you imagine Sofi full of nothing but powder blues?! I also believe they won’t have a dedicated fan base till they show they’re worthy of having one. A trophy would be a step in the right direction, even a conference championship.
Hoping they go after the best available instead for reaching for a need.

I think the chargers just need to put the field goal unit away and win a super bowl need touchdowns go for it on fourth down you showed toughness and played your hearts out my guess is that you need touchdowns so please put the kicker away my guess and in the red zone run it more go chargers 👣✨

We literally gifted the Raiders 17 pts ….Chris Harris Jr pi , 4th and n 1 we didn’t convert , missed fg by DH and the Roberts fumble….
You can’t really blame Hopkins for that miss. It was a pretty long FG attempt.

That last throw in OT from Herbert to Williams was holding all day couldn’t believe that got a no call watching it over drives me crazy!!
And that BS pass interference call was ridiculous
Carr was throwing intentional grounding passes many times and I believe only got called once for intentional grounding and that one before halftime was the worst.
Refs definitely were in favor of the Raiders but regardless almost had it at the end
Herbert is the future and with good cap space for 2022 looking forward for that.
Raiders will stink it up in the Playoffs and Big Slow Ben won’t do much either

Falling in love with Money Smith has been one of the highlights of this season for me. He’s great.
Herbert is a generational talent I really hope the Chargers don’t waste it like they have wasted other players.
It’s starting out that way. maybe they can get him a better coach before he takes off to another team. it’s the chargers so who knows.
I think once it was 28-29, we should have gone for 2 to end the game right there. The way Herbert was playing, the way to team fought back to get to that point, they deserved to go out for one final play to win the game.

I’ve been a Charger fan for 45 years. During the Fouts era we had a soft secondary in the deep middle. I’m still waiting for this to be fixed. Herbert is the best Charger QB in Charger history. One stong corner, one middle linebacker to stop the run. Offence: right side help, a RB and a speedster to stretch the field.
No news on Parham? He will be one of the impact players in 2022. Don’t trade him!
