Gilman needs to start showing his game on the field. He has been TERRIBLE on Special Teams and with the last game VS KC as a Scab Scrub Game of 2nd Stringers mostly on field, Gilman played TERRIBLE . Charger Fans as of now expects a lot out of the Back Ups to show their worth in ST and Back Up situations. More Rookie and Scrub FAs coming in under New Special Teams Coach, Gilman is expected to lead those groups and start playing up to par in NFL or he will be cut in favor of another Rookie that may stand out of his position which happends every year in every team…
