    @WALT couldn’t agree more I don’t know why he even got Paul gunether in the first place he didn’t do much at Cincinnati that D was already in place by the previous DC there and then he just took over where they left off and top of that there was a lot of talent at Cincinnati already not a young D like ours. I was one of the people that wanted Wade Phillips originally but am glad at least we got Gus Bradley now a much more proven DC and I like the way he coaches, coaches need to be more like a drill Sargent then a friend to discipline the young guys and motivate them
