I hate how people keep complaining that we didn’t run enough. We don’t have those turnovers then we beat the defending super bowl champs. The offense looked very good today.
Had they ran the ball more there prob wouldnt have been those turnovers! Knowing JT is a MVP candidate and they taking that from him! Up until the 3rd qtr they wanna give him that workload that took them to the endzone! you keep brady off the field by running the ball, running the clock, putting up points and good defense. We did well with pass game/defense but terrible play calling! Need to balance the run game give you MVP candidate more opportunities frfr!

Ya, He had a problem knowing where the ball was yesterday. He wasn’t himself out there. Some plays he didn’t look for the ball at all. He’s still young and got some learning curves. Needs to keep a better track on the ball with his jump ball abilities. He had plenty of time to adjust to the deep INT. Prolly even could have come down with it. He stutter stepped while he was going to look back and the CB already did what Pittman should have done.

running the ball eats the clock and keeps tom Brady off the field. that is the recipe when you are playing a team with a potent offense like that. keep it simple and you dont give up the game when you’re up 10 points. This truly came down to coaching.

Wentz ain’t the guy abandoning the run and the balanced Colts game that’s necessary to beat the extremely high level teams they’ve mostly had to play this year.And their defense, aside from creating turnovers defensively is mediocre because their front pressure’s not consistently strong enough to give their secondary the best chance against highly skilled QB/Receiver teams;it leaves them exposed.And yesterday’s result was one of the six demonstrations we’ve seen this season of that. The bottom line is Colts all too often throw away their best suit which is a truly 55-45% or at most 60-40% pass/run split against the best teams they play.Wentz is truly a phenomenal player but their defense is only mediocre against the best teams as I explained why and when you’ve given Brady that many series with the ball by not exercising a ball possession control game and you’ve only just tied the game yet given Brady 3 minutes to beat you… you knew what the result would be….STOP ALLOWING THE BEST OFFENSES IN THE LEAGUE SO MANY OPPS AGAINST YOUR MEDIOCRE AT BEST DEFENSIVE LINE. THE COLTS DEFENSE IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE MAIN REASON THEY’VE LOST SIX GAMES SO FAR. AGAINST THE BEST TEAMS WITH THE GAME ON THE LINE THEY’VE LOST SIX TIMES.NOBODY LISTENS
Both offenses started off slow because both Defenses were firing off.
